This is great and all, but this sh!it goes on every single year under every single administration. Why am I supposed to be more outraged that it's going on under Biden than any of his predecessors?

Rand has been doing his "Festivus" report for eight years now, from Obama, through Trump and now to Biden.

    Yeah, I know. Exactly.

    And nothing has changed.

And Democrats will state profusely that all those things wasted were actually good investments.

Would it be better if nothing was said about wasteful spending?

My issue is with the hypocrites who said nothing while Trump was spending like a drunken sailor. And there's quite a few on this forum, I know because I was always arguing with them.

I'm glad he's saying something about it. The point is that he "says something about it" every year, yet here we are, 31 Trillion dollars (lol) in debt and literally nothing has changed.

It'd be like riding in the same basket to hell and he was saying, "OMG we're all going to hell!". Yeah. No sh!t dude. The only people listening to you are the people who care, and 1., they already knew and 2., there aren't enough of us to do anything about it. So, I guess we're just going to hell.

Don't get me wrong - I'm glad he's pointing it out... but it's really pointless. Basically we should get comfortable in our seats is what I'm saying because this train ain't stopping no matter how much Rand or any of us bitch about it.

The white pill is that there may be something better on the other side. But the f*cking plane is still going into the mountainside, because the pilot is high or dead or whatever... And these are really not facts in dispute.

Maybe he needs to Alex Stein them. Maybe he should start proposing crazy insane spending bills.
