They keep pushing back production dates. This always concerns me. "Promises" are meant to increase investments; good products provide sales.
In any case, the promise here is pretty intriguing. Unfortunately, it'll be a long time before they roll out vehicles outside of San Diego.
ETA: They have an off-road package and a built in camping package that looks real fun. Imagine taking that thing WAY off grid and camping for a few days, all the while, adding range to get back on the move. The reservation amount is small, but I hate having to wait years to see if it'll be viable.

Reservation is refundable..
Yes it has been pushed back,, but that has resulted in several improvements, like the Carbon Fiber Cockpit.. and the High efficiency Wheel motors.
The In House Solar production,,both road worthy and aerodynamic.
the Covid crap got in the way as well. seen Delta teasers,,but still want to see it..rolled out. Then they will Crash some deliberately..
I am optimistically anxious . Looking forward to that soon.
A DOT pass,,and they go to Production.
It passed the Moose test with flying color.(Stability/accident avoidance).. and the New body should handle crashes better than the Beta. and it did well.
