Haha... As if a government agency has ever been defunded.
The only thing we saw was a temporary reallocation of funds in some cities, as a method to secure even more funds in the future.

No idea . Nobody is going to eliminate law enforcement but if there was any ever to be done it should start with the federal agencies which are not value added to the taxpayer in any form. I will say this , in order for actual crime to rise without a say city police then one of two things swould have to happen . Current criminals would have to commit more property etc crime or people who did not do it before must begin. My guess is the actual mathematic odds of it going up are slightly favorable moving to a greater amount if the population is generally unarmed which creates a lot of variables.
