As far as who is paying for me to be here. Bronze membership is $20 a year. If it goes up to $25 then I'll have to have the progressive think tank I work for pay the bill.

Okay I have to be honest I don't really support Dan Crenshaw. I'm not trolling I playing devil's advocate here to get a dialogue going.

If you go to Dan Crenshaw's wikipedia page and look at his political positions they pretty much mirror Donald Trump's, but Crenshaw is a bit more hawkish. Yet Trump gets a free pass and is even praised?

My congressman is Adrian Smith (Nebraska 3rd District).
He voted yes on S. 3522 Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act of 2022.
He also yes on HR 7081 Ukraine Comprehensive Debt Payment Relief Act of 2022.
Crenshaw also voted yes on both of these. Yet Crenshaw gets trashed getting called names based on his physical appearance. Not a word is said about Adrian Smith or other Republicans who voted yes.

I'm just tired of the double standard.

There's lots of good information there no matter what you think of Q.

As far as the constitution goes I'm all for it. Everyone glosses over the "well regulated" part.

What are you the grammar police? Seriously this thread needs to get back on track talking about Dan Crenshaw.

Crenshaw voted no to H.R. 1808-Assualt Weapons Ban of 2022. How is this a bad thing if you are pro second amendment? Give credit where credit is due.

I am the grammar police when it comes to the grammar of the 2ndA, the well regulated part is a reason given not a modifier of the absolute right to keep and bear arms.
And well regulated meant well trained, people who use weapons constantly in their own lives are better trained and faster trained than conscripts with no experience.
You also ignore the "free state" part, the militia was the entire adult male population and it was their job to keep the state free.

Crenshaw is a globalist jackass who supports all manner of gun control, the less said about him the better.
And the less posted by you the better.

How? He voted against the assualt weapons ban. As far as him being a globalist how is he any worse than other members of congress?

Heritage Action for America gave him a score of 93% for this session. The average house Republican has a score of 90%.

Crenshaw is trying hard to rehabilitate himself after coming out as a neocon, and then realizing that neocons are out of favor...

For a number of years I have had to watch magatards organizing circle jerks for Trump defending his positions on this forum. How are Crenshaw's positions any worse than Trump's?

Dan Crenshaw is actually a likeable guy. And he actually has something very foreign to politicians I usually support: electability. I can see normies becoming supporters of this guy.

To all the people who will say that Crenshaw is a warmonger. Okay...
At least Crenshaw walked the walk unlike the Cheney family or some other Neoclown chickhawk.

If you disagree with me please tell me why I'm wrong. Also enlightenment me on who would be a better presidential candidate in 2024 and would actually have a chance of becoming elected.

They are trying hard to rehabilitate him. Neocons gotta stick together. Crenshaw is as trustworthy as Lindsey Graham.

They are nothing a like. Crenshaw has been in office since 2019 and Graham since the 90's.
Crenshaw is a large than life character with some personality unlike the charisma vacuum known as Lindsey Graham.

A background check conducted by who: a politicized and weaponized ATF or FBI? Putting the power of doling out your "permissions" by government agencies is how you get a Sullivan Act in NY that took over 100 years to overthrow. And here you are, ready to hand it right back to our oppressors on a silver platter for...well hell, I don't know why. Why would you do that?

In the Heller decision the court found that the framers said what they meant and meant what they said: "well regulated" refers to the function of the militia. In 18th century prose "well regulated" means to be properly outfitted, trained and funded so as to function correctly when called upon.

Who conducts this "training class"...the same ATF and FBI?
