I think you're missing the point of the "court" this is aimed at. It's the court of public opinion. All of your friends and family are the jurors. And "winning" doesn't require convincing a majority of the jurors of the truth. If I wore a virtual t-shirt for this forum it would say "trutherism brought me here." Initially it was 9/11 truth, but there are so many truths fatal to authoritarianism. The truth that the Azov battalion is made up of neo-nazis for instance has caused some of my close friends and family to re-think this current war. It's not that they think Putin is some kind of angel. He certainly is not. But knowing the complexity of the issues puts a damper on the pro war drumbeats.
