Indeed youtube's modus operandi is to craft rules just vague enough to censor wrongthink, same way the fed create laws to make certain people criminals.

Why discuss it? Why not just leave? There are several other sites. Youtube enjoys the advantage of being first to the punch. EMI did also when they invented the CAT scanner. Now they are just another low-rent record label. Imagine that - having gone from a world-leader in bleeding-edge medical technology, to just another name in a dying industry.
What I'd do were I Rand, or whomever, is use youtube as my forwarding service. Post the announcement on youtube and nothing more. "We've moved to rumble.com. Come on over, join us, and leave youtube in your rearview mirror!" Let youtube take action against THAT and justify it, which would serve only to further assassinate themselves in the eyes of an ever growing number.
