Good discussion. Around the 12 minute mark, she talks about Dan Crenshaw, Paul Singer and Marco Rubio. Does she know anything about neoconservatives?

Apparently somewhere in this discussion Greene says she likes Ron Paul.
"Perhaps one of the most important accomplishments of my administration is minding my own business."
Calvin Coolidge
It was an interesting conversation. Luke Rudkowski tried to get her to put herself on a scale between Mitt Romney (0) and Ron Paul (100). My take is that she really didn’t know enough about Ron Paul to know how to answer. It would have been better to ask her to put herself on a scale between Romney and Massie, then she would know exactly what the top end of the scale meant.
It was an enlightening interview. She is not an idiot and she is not crazy, as the media has smeared her. She has run a business and has good common sense. But you can tell her depth of knowledge about politics and government was not very deep when she went to Congress. She is like your average conservative, who is fed up with the establishment RINOs, but doesn't know a lot about the factions behind the scenes.

Tim's program is taking an interesting turn. Is it for financial reasons or principle?
The way the bannings are going on social media, I hope it is principle.

She impressed me as a fairly average person - a small business person who hadn't spent her time immersing herself in political philosophy, but who inherently detected the massive corruption that is occurring in Washington DC and didn't know well enough to avoid it at all costs and instead thought that she could go to Washington and "make a difference". By some of the topics covered in the podcast, I take it she truly believes that still. I admire her principled approach to her office, and her - for lack of a better word - balls. She has more than most anyone in politics other than a select few who we all know.
I find it completely unsurprising that the political and media establishment have sought to portray her as some kind of lunatic moron... she came off rather clearly as nothing of the sort in this interview. I don't agree with her on everything, but I found myself admiring her integrity.
Yeah, she seems to be at that point where she can identify the individuals (like Singer, Crenshaw, Rubio), but may not be able to see the agendas (neoconservatism, MIC).
I guess we all start out that way. I remember despising John McCain and Bill Kristol pre-2000, but not knowing anything about neoconservatism. You're kind of flying blind until you can see the underlying agendas and connections. Unfortunately this applies to most average Trump supporters, who don't like the individual neoconservatives who attacked Trump, but still don't comprehend the agenda behind that. It leaves them open to always be manipulated by a new face for the same old agenda, which the neoconservatives constantly do. A lot of those people are Hannity fans.

I was saying months ago here that with the death of so many Conservative talk show hosts and the remaining nationally known ones are pretty weak that these podcasters probably saw the market wide open to fill that gap and are adjusting to pickup that market share accordingly.
I bet you will probably see more come out from the fringes to become more mainstream in their content and belief system. (that should be telling)
I had a couple of really bizarre incidents with Tim and crew that were really out of line to say the least on two occasions something like 8 years ago so I do not trust them.
* See my visitor message area for caveats related to my posting history here.
* Also, I have effectively retired from all social media including posting here and are basically opting out of anything to do with national politics or this country on federal or state level and rather focusing locally. I may stop by from time to time to discuss philosophy on a general level related to Libertarian schools of thought and application in the real world.
Looks like MGT also did an interview that day with Laura Ingraham from the Timcast studio.
