Will the budding Neocons-India alliance succeed and end well?

Are same interventionist neoconservative lobbies that turned Afghanistan into a destabilized playground for proxy wars of super powers by grooming & supporting Aghan Jihadis/violent Islamist Foreign Fighters to combat then Soviet Union are now looking to do the same by grooming India against China?
India, once world's largest pluralistic society and democracy, has in recent years been inching towards radical and even fascist divisive ideologies since deep neocons/ziocons (non-racist factions but usually open to instigating greed & lies based wars and destabilization projects around the globe) started grooming current Indian PM Modi (who was once banned from entering US over allegations of genocide).

Charles Krauthammer joins al-Qaeda, calls for a “sustained air campaign” in Syria
August 27, 2013

Even while acknowledging that choosing sides in Syria is not unlike “a choice between Hitler and Stalin”– al-Krauthammer believes toppling the Assad regime advances vital national interests.
And besides, what’s Russia going to do about it? What’s Russia gonna do? Cancel another summit? What’s Iran gonna do?

We supported Stalin against Hitler, and it was the right choice, the second worst man on Earth against the first. Those are the choices that statesmen have to make. So I’m not, I mean, if he got up there, the President, on Tuesday night, and said I think we need to alter the course of this war, we’re not going to do it by joining it on the ground, but we can do it with the weapons, the training, the bombing that we will do, if he told me they were going to tell me, he wouldn’t say it, but if they ended up with this attack, let’s say a three day attack, wiping out the six main air bases around Damascus, as the Southern Commander of the rebels is quoted as saying to David Ignatius in the Post today, the Washington Post, if we used our air power to make them inoperable, and we can do it, you hit the planes, you hit the helicopters and you hit the runways, you hit the fuel depots and you hit the command structure, and you do that, that will be a terrible blow to the regime. He does that, he sends trainers, he sends arms, then I’m on board. That’s what I want to hear.

"the best part is strengthen Tajikistan, fund Tajikistan, and create an environment of anarchy inside Afghanistan... because it cannot be stabilized, not by America, not by China. Keep it boiling, keep it boiling so nobody can settle down including China and keep your influence there by giving money to selected people... keep Afghanistan unsettled, give large amounts of money.."

"So many people educated in India were there in Afghanistan.... even Karzai was educated (in India).. We will not be starting from scratch, less than 8 minutes to fly into Kabul and bomb it.. and if we get F-35s from Americans, I think we can do it very easily"

India will have largest Muslim population by 2050
Tribune International Desk
Published March 2nd, 2017

In the coming decades, India will have the distinction of having the largest populations of two of the three largest religions in the world, Islam and Hinduism, according to new religious projections data from US think tank Pew Research Centre. While Islam is currently the world's second-largest religion after Christianity, it is now also the fastest-growing major religion. And if current demographic trends continue, the Muslim population is expected to exceed the number of Christians by the end of this century, Pew said. There were 1.6 billion Muslims in the world as of 2010, roughly 23% of the global population, according to a Pew estimate. Currently, Indonesia has the world's largest Muslim population.
