Solid joke, I think the confusion was it sounded like you said people are chanting that now, as opposed to when Biden is out of office. The wording you used would have worked great in a Family Guy style cartoon sketch.

True, but I can't help but be curious who the new puppet would be if ridiculing both of them out of office was even in the realm of possibility. Harris would have to resign first so that Biden could nominate a new VP before he himself leaves.

I’m so mad that I’m so mad about this. I’m not going to change this kid’s mind. But he’s chanting “Let’s go, Brandon” while you men are on the field pledging to join our military. Are you a “patriot” or not?
Politics in this country aren’t a joke. They have real consequences for real people. They’re not truly affecting my middle class white ass or a college age white male in the same ways they’re affecting others. We’re gonna be fine.
But this little $#@! doesn’t know that. He’s heard his parents or Lauren Booebert and Marge three names say this $#@!, and he thinks it’s cool. And I’m supposed to sit here and laugh it off because what he says doesn’t affect me personally.
THIS IS PRIVILEGE IN ACTION. NONE OF THIS AFFECTS ME. I’m a blonde white woman with disposable income. And I could ignore this little $#@!, because at the end of the day, he is as significant me me as the $#@! I took this morning.
But he may have power later. And if he’s chanting “Let’s go, Brandon” at a football game, he’s not using that power for good.
So we just left a football game because we couldn’t stand sitting next to someone ignorant enough to say those words. But it’s easy to be a bad ass when you’re sitting on the sidelines. I left a football game and came home to my suburban house because my feelings got hurt.
The “let’s go Brandon” crowd is deriding a man who wants to clean our water, expand our voting rights, protect our LGBTQ+ population, protect our environment, and make billionaires pay their fair share in taxes. I’ll never understand how you can be against any of that.
I also don’t understand how to sit calmly and listen to this $#@!. How to turn a blind eye. How to just say “$#@! you” to people who are worse off than me because I won’t ever be in that situation. How to preserve my emotional well being at the expense of the less fortunate.
