Cali, recall: Estella Bender, 88, "I'd still like to know how I voted."

Estelle Bender, 88, a Republican, was told she had already cast a vote when she went to vote in person. Others around her were saying the same thing.
Her only recourse was to cast a 'provisional' ballot.

"I'd still like to know how I voted," Bender said.

    We would too, Estella.

Republicans already voted, Democrats get to vote multiple times.

If Estella wants to call me I think I can predict who she voted for on that first ballot.

repuGs didn’t give a flip when “crazy Ron” votes weren’t counted and delegations dismissed…

Tell that bat I know how she voted: she voted for a NY Lib. Just like she voted for a lib in 2012.

I had to look twice. That bat looks looks just like the one here in my committee. It’s not her though, the one here has dyed red hair. Funny how they look all look the same.

F&cking ding-bats ruined this country. You bring material in and try to discuss who should be supported, but they get livid and toss them in the trash. And their war-hero husbands too.

    And here’s what’s ironic…

A couple of families from Iran, another from Italy, several folks in their mid-20’s to 40’s from Mexicano, and others who came here under the illusion of freedom and prosperity, all helped me during the Ron ‘12 campaign where every one of my delegates won hands down.

Yet those ding bats want a “Wall”, on my tax dime, on other people’s property.

F&cking ding bats. Now I’m hot.

    My heart bleeds /s.

They want their votes to count, while RP’s delegates were physically beat, cheated, locked out, and rules changed mid-stream all the way up to and including National Convention.

    “Voting”. It’s all a SCAM.

They got hoisted by their own petard last November, and they're still getting their comeuppance.

And yet, my faith in justice is not restored...

Trust me, I’ve been around the block, living in various parts of country, including LA. And at NatCON to boot.

    She’s a ding bat.

Sorry, I won’t be “trusting” your assumptions based upon how someone looks or how old they are.

Understood and agreed; don’t trust me. Let us now refer to The Record:

She admitted being a repub. She admitted that she voted. She wanted to know where her vote went.

Meaning, she voted for that NY Lib.

    She’s a ding bat.

Now, @phill4paul , please, log back in and put a sack over that face.

There is something like 20+ Republicans on the ballot. She may have voted for the trans for all you know.

The main point she was questioning, was whether or not her ballot was cast to dethrone Newsome.

Well thanks for making me look at that bag again just to see what was going on.

But she still supported that NY Lib.

If so, huge step in the right direction, compared to who she likely supported in 1988 - 2012

    *Yawn*

So why are you here beating a dead horse? Shouldn't you be checking to see what you voted for, and how often you voted?

In 1988 I was 6 years old and didn't support either candidate. Unfortunately I didn't know Ron Paul was running.

I'm pretty sure the NY lib @PAF is talking about read on last year's presidential ballot not this year's recall ballot. That said Newsome it would be great if Newsome was sent packing.

"Either candidate", SMH. Well, on the First of November, 1988, I didn't vote for "either candidate" either. I did vote for Ron Paul.

But I wasn't talking about ancient history. I strongly suspect you voted against Newsome's recall, whether you know it or not. And I can't do anything about it, because I'm not foolish enough to live there.

What are you doing about it?
