This seems absurd to me. Is an internet forum responsible for the posts of every single one of its users? Would this type of thing destroy a site like RonPaulForums because of the cost of paying moderators (plus probably the occasional lawsuit for posts that slip by the moderators)? I'm sure there would be attempts to get sites like this one shut down too. So there could, in theory, be non-stop "attacks" (fake posts designed to put the owner of the site on the hook) 24/7/365. I would imagine the same thing would apply to comment sections of sites.
