Israel has become the Covid capital of the world despite leading the charge on vaccines, in a clear warning sign that Britain, the US and other highly-immunised nations are still vulnerable to another wave.

Stats compiled by Oxford University-backed research team Our World in Data shows there were a record 1,892 Covid cases per million people in Israel on Wednesday — nearly 0.2 per cent of the entire population in a single day.

That was significantly higher than second worst-hit Mongolia, where the rate was 1,119 per million, and double the figures for Kosovo (980), Georgia (976) and Montenegro (909), which rounded out the top five.

The crazy thing is that the article blames it on the vaccine's waning immunity. But why would the most heavily vaccinated country be the world's worst hotspot?! I think that their vax is forcing the virus to mutate into worse forms than just letting it go away naturally. So it would stand to reason that the more vaxxed a population is the worse it gets.

Thanks for sharing. Clicked on the article and saw this bit of propaganda slipped in.

While Israel is seeing record case numbers in its fourth wave, the jabs are still protecting against severe illness with Covid deaths running at about half of the level of its second wave, even though fatalities have risen sharply in the last month.

How do they know the the reduced deaths is from the vaccines? Maybe the Delta variant is simply less deadly. Or people's natural immunity from getting covid and recovering is reducing the deaths.

Is it possible that "news" like this isn't actually a report of what's happening in Israel but is rather a cue of "next steps" to those who may be beholden to Israel's influence? A directional road map of sorts.

It's simple, Israel was one of the first on the bus countries vaccinated (currently about 80%), so now they are coming down off their highs. All the vaccine does, as far as I know, is pump up your immune system, then comes down off of it, which is supposedly around 3-6 months, then those people go get boosters and they get pumped back up to those premium levels, again, then head down hill, again, rinse and repeat.


An immunity shot that boosts your immunity levels up then they go back down to normal, which is considered bad now, I guess.


I'm one of those, try to let your body fight it off if you're in decent shape, it just makes your immune system that much stronger.

Most average people will not go get boosters every 6 months, for even a couple years.

Unlike healthy people who’ve been vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, immunocompromised people’s bodies may not produce enough protective antibodies after two doses of the COVID-19 vaccines. This could leave them particularly vulnerable to COVID-19, especially as more contagious variants circulate in a community.

That’s why federal health authorities announced in mid-August that they would allow immunocompromised people to get special, additional doses of the Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines. This week, U.S. officials also announced that they will prepare to offer booster shots starting the week of Sept. 20 for healthy, immunized people. The boosters will be available to individuals eight months after the completion of their second dose.
