New York Ends Religious Exemption for Covid Vaccine Mandate: 450,000 Healthcare Workers Affect

Healthcare employees in the state must take the experimental injection or face termination regardless of religious objections.

Healthcare workers in the state of New York ordered to get the COVID-19 jab will not have the option of a religious exemption, thanks to emergency authorization passed late last week.

In Thursday’s decision, a New York State Department of Health board unanimously approved a COVID-19 mandate for all New York healthcare personnel.

Under the new rules, no more religious exemptions will be granted, and previously obtained religious exemptions will be invalidated.

The new emergency mandate took effect immediately, and will be subject to review after 90 days.

Additionally, how does NYC's one size fits all __ No Vax, No Service protect the people? The law is not only absurd, but ignores the science, and actually encourages the fully vaccinated, who are symptom free but infected and spreading the virus, to go about and enjoy public accommodations and spread the virus, while those who have natural immunity and are virus free, are discriminated against by government and prohibited from going about their daily activities.

This is not only freaken insane, it is a direct assault on the inalienable rights of mankind which our system of government has a priority to protect.

And then, to make matters worse, we have tyrannical judges and Justices who, in recent years, ignore the rule of law and impose their personal whims and facies as the rule of law, and do so to advance what they believe is social justice, fairness, and reasonableness . . . totally ignoring what our constitutions, state and federal, were designed to protect.

Keep in mind we have been amply warned about allowing the above to occur:

You know that growing wing of liberty folks who are calling for separate societies and/or outright secession that allows for greater local control?
Yea, this is why.

The nurses who want to work and not take the vax need to seriously consider moving elsewhere at this point or finding work doing something else. Or, could they start their own medical co-op/facility? I have no idea of the "legality" of the latter. I assume there'd need to be some doctors that officially run the office.

I think relying on common sense is what is needed.

The vaccine is proving more and more to not prevent Covid infections, and provides a false sense of security.

As to the "get the vaccine rule" ___ e.g., NYC's law . . . No Vax, No Service ___ it makes no sense whatsoever. Those who are vaccinated and are still carrying a covid viral load, and can transmit the covid virus to others, are allowed to enjoy public accommodations and spread the virus, while those who have natural immunity and are Covid free are discriminated against and forbidden to enjoy public accommodations even though they are not a covid threat to anyone. This is absolute stupidity!



If one is really trying to prevent spreading the virus in public, it seems logical to me showing proof of being covid free as opposed to proving you had the vaccine, is far more effective.

A rapid Covid-19 test coupled with a quick check for symptoms would provide far greater protection than showing proof one has had the vaccine in the past, and could have been administered many months in the past.


Let's use some common sense.

Common sense is completely fine if the majority of people are practicing it. My anecdotal analysis thinks about 55-60% of people aren't falling in line with the narrative. Of those 55-60%, only about 15-20% are being vocal and actively fighting back while the rest hide in the shadows.
Unfortunately, the other side of 40-45% are ALL IN UNISON with their narrative, so it's already an uphill battle for the rest of us and common sense becomes something of an ineffective tool or concept.
