    DIY wood "reactive" stove

Looks like another wood gassifier. But I like how it's built. And the inlet air valve is a nice touch. I need to learn how to weld.

I have researched rocket stoves and it seems like the conclusion is to not use metal as the burn chamber. I guess if you only use it for half an hour at a time it would probably last awhile. One thing I noticed was the flames enveloping the fry pan. That seems like it would be a little tricky to cook on top of. It looks like the punch that it packs would be more suited for melting metal rather than cooking eggs.

Not the most controllable cooking experience but I guess it works. It would be great to use a wok on, can't really have too much heat when stir frying.
