Exclamation National Public Radio - The Declaration of Independence is racist

NPR Celebrates Independence Day by Portraying Declaration of Independence as Racist

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...nce-is-racist/

    Penny Starr 3 Jul 2021

Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio (NPR) reluctantly repeated its tradition of staff reading the Declaration of Independence, this year framing its report to point out the “flaws” and racist elements of one of the most cherished U.S. documents.

The left-wing media outlet said it started the tradition as “a way of marking Independence Day”:

But after last summer’s protests and our national reckoning on race, the words in the document land differently. It famously declares “that all men are created equal” even though women, enslaved people and indigenous Americans were not held as equal at the time. What then follows is a long list of grievances and charges against King George III that outline the 13 North American British colonies’ intentions to separate from Great Britain.

The list, originally written largely by Thomas Jefferson, was edited by the Continental Congress. Among the Congress’s changes: it deleted a reference to “Scotch & foreign mercenaries.” It turns out there were members of Congress who were of Scottish descent. To win support from southerners, the Congress removed criticism of the African slave trade.

But a racist slur about Native Americans stayed in. The passage charges that King George III “excited domestic insurrections” among the colonists by Native Americans, who the founding document called “merciless Indian Savages.”

The unedited Declaration of Independence actually states:

[King George] has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured[sic] to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

NPR included remarks from author David Treuer, who is Ojibwe from Leech Lake Reservation.

“But a deeper look at history also shows that one of the reasons why the colonists wanted to rise up against the British — and wage the Revolutionary War — was over the question of who would try to colonize Native lands west of the colonies,” Treuer told Morning Edition.

It boiled down to power and money, Treuer argued.

“The crown wanted that money for themselves,” he said. “The colonists, understandably, would have preferred to have it for themselves. So the whole revolution was in large part fought over who got to take our stuff.”

“On one hand we are keenly aware of the ways in which this country has attempted to both take our homelands and to eradicate us,” Treuer said. “And yet a huge number of Native people are deeply patriotic. Native American people have fought in every war America has fought up until today.

“We remain committed to forcing this country to live up to its own stated ideals.” he said.

As for NPR, which regularly maligns the United States in its reporting, concluded by criticized the founding document and laid out it is foundation not for the most free and prosperous country in the world but “for what America could be.”

“The Declaration is a document with flaws and deeply ingrained hypocrisies,” NPR concluded. It also laid the foundation for our collective aspirations, our hopes for what America could be. So in that spirit, here again is the Declaration of Independence as read by NPR staff.”

    Revisionist Marxist $#@!s.

Go read up on the history of New England and the natives from 1650 to 1750, more than a century before 1776.

    Read about "King Philip's War"

Read about the numerous massacres of whites along what would become the Maine coast.

The "Candlemass Massacre" in York, Maine.

The fighting that took place in the French and Indian War.

The native tribes practiced total warfare with no mercy.

The description of their warfare and tactics in the DoI is correct.

In the language of his day, Jefferson actually said "all white land owners are created equal". He owned many slaves, and I've learned to question his value as a "Libertarian" Hero.

    Boo $#@!ing hoo.

After years now of the grievance classes bitching and complaining and whining about 300 year old slaveholdings, I have now reached a point where I could not possibly care less.

We're going to toss the words and author of the second most influential document the world has ever seen, one that utterly and totally and forever upended the relationship between Man and Government, because the writer owned, perfectly legally at the time, some semi literate African farm slaves?

    Go to hell.

I'll grant you this though, we should have picked our own $#@!ing cotton.

It's hard for me to communicate perfectly:
Compared to his peers, Jefferson was a 100% Libertarian hero, and he was also a person who owned a large amount of slaves.

What stuff did whitey take from Indians? Oceanfront teepees? I am sure atrocities were committed against Indians but they would be poor and this would be a banana republic just like every other Indian lives in the South and Central America and the Caribbean today. Whitey imported freedom and prosperity that didn't exist in world history.

It is ridiculous to apply today's standards (which only exist because of Western values) to 300 years ago when people lived short brutal lives with no freedoms.

I think we need to put together a petition to proclaim that racism is racist... we're getting so "woke" nowadays that we might as well go back to sleep. There are racists, racism is a real thing, hatred is awful and we should desire to see the elimination of all hateful attitudes within mankind -- but I think it's about time we went back to the wisdom of grade-school... "whoever smelt it, dealt it." Because it seems to me that it's always these known "ex"-KKK types that keep talking about racism more than anybody else...

    It very well could be.

    It's entirely up to us.

We find our collective and individual sacs and reclaim what's ours and what we built, with zero equivocation and doubt, or we die in a Marxist mass grave.

Up to us, we have all the tools we need at our disposal.

THE WRATH OF THE AWAKENED SAXON
    by Rudyard Kipling

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.

    They were not easily moved,
They were icy -- willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.

Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
    No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.

    It was not suddently bred.
    It will not swiftly abate.
    Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.

Yes, really. The Fourth of July is no longer an event to be celebrated. It has become a day of shame and remorse. On that day a systemic racist country was created that brought slavery and oppression to blacks. The Founding Fathers created the Constitution in order to legitimize slavery. Don’t just take it from me. To confirm that July 4 is a day of infamy just consult the New York Times’ 1619 Project, CNN, NPR, the critical race theory taught in your local school system, and in your son or daughter’s university or ask Kamala or Biden.

Formerly, the solution was restitution. The US government was to turn over buckets full of white taxpayers’ money to blacks to compensate them for a labor system that ended 156 years ago. But today that doesn’t suffice. Restitution alone doesn’t fix the problem of systemic racism, that is, the fact that every white person is a racist by virtue of skin color. If you are white, you are racist by definition. This problem can only be solved by “eliminating whiteness.”

For some radicals “eliminating whiteness” is meant literally. Speaking at Yale University’s School of Medicine on the topic of “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind,” psychiatrist Aruna Khilanani expresses how she would like to go about it:

”This is the cost of talking to white people at all. The cost of your own life, as they suck you dry. There are no good apples out there. White people make my blood boil. …
I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step. Like I did the world a f***ing favor.”

But for now for most of the advocates of “eliminating whiteness,” what is meant is erasing Western civilization. All aspects of it. Monuments are to be taken down—and not only Confederate heroes but also George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abe Lincoln, and most certainly Christopher Columbus. Along with the monuments, which include graveyard markers, are books and movies, such as “Gone With The Wind” and Joel Chandler Harris’ marvelous stories of Br’er Rabbit and Br’er Fox. Everything is racist and has to go. Recently IKEA employees walked off the job because they were served fried chicken and watermelon, foods associated with the South and thereby racist.

The IKEA employee walk-off shows how advanced repudiating whiteness has progressed. It is a very serious situation. If a white person defends himself against the charge that he is a racist, his defense is regarded as proof that he is a racist.

First white culture is eliminated. All achievements are dismissed as racist, including the US Constitution. With the elimination of the culture goes the past, and thereby the present and the future. As more and more white persons are brainwashed into their guilt and lose the ability to resist their demonization, those who speak of white people in the same terms that some Nazis spoke of Jews, become more aggressive and roll out the guillotine.

Psychoanalyst Donald Moss is ready and waiting. He declares that “Whiteness is a malignant, parasitic like condition.”
This is the way Lenin spoke of the bourgeoisie and Stalin spoke of the kulaks—“break their resistance, eliminate them as a class”

What is the solution to the whiteness problem? Physical elimination.

In Jean Raspail’s novel, “The Camp of the Saints,” physical elimination of white people occurs everywhere in Europe and also in a decadent Europeanized Russia. White people cease to exist.

Initially killing is the solution to “malignant parasitic whiteness.” But an easier solution is found. White persons are prohibited from marrying white persons.

White and black make chocolate. And that is the goal of US corporate advertising. See for yourself.
    Chocolate eliminates whiteness.

For millenniums a tiny white component of the world population stood against barbarism and formed ethnic nations. The British spread their ethnicity into lands that became the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

The British and French spread their culture into Asia and Africa, and English became a universal language. The Spanish and Portuguese spread their language and culture into Latin America.

Now the tide has reversed. All of Europe have lost confidence. Europeans have been beat down by their own intellectuals and governments. They are unable to resist the immigrant-invaders who are over-running them. Their governments take the side of the immigrant-invaders over the ethnic residents of the country, be they French, German, Italian, or Scandinavian.

Ethnic French, such as Marine Le Pen, and ethnic Germans who attempt to provide political leadership are demonized as “fascists” and “nazis,” as was Enoch Powell who early saw the future as did Jean Raspail. The French and German ethnicities, what remains of them, are without protection from immigrant-invaders who are overturning their culture and their place in their own country.

The European Union welcomes this as do the leaders of the Western European member countries. The French President, the German Chancellor, the Swedish government represent the interests of the nonwhite immigrant invaders, and not the interests of the ethnic French and Germans and Scandinavians.

The British tried to justify their empire by giving members of the empire access to life in Great Britain. The British then doubled the error by joining the European Union, thus being required to accept a quota of non-British immigrant-invaders. Consequently, today London, the capitol of the UK, is only 40% English. London has a Muslin Mayor.

New Zealand is about to give part of the country that English ethnicities built back to the original aboriginal inhabitants. Australia seems not far behind. The Canadian government prefers dark-skinned immigrants to its ethnic English inhabitants.

White people through their achievements had a worldwide influence. But they have lost confidence and have permitted themselves to be set-up for elimination.

As the white population is a tiny percentage of the world population, the guillotine won’t have to operate for long.

So, enjoy Sunday, your last July 4th celebration. By next year the demonization of white civilization by the anti-white regime of Kamala/Biden, the New York Times, CNN, NPR, US corporations, critical race theory, and US universities will have outlawed July 4th as a day of shame when a white racist country was created.

Every bit of history dating back to when slavery existed is racist and must be expunged.

Otherwise you might be able to identify slavery when you're in it.

It has nothing to do with "racism".

What the revolution was about is Freemasonry, first and foremost. It was Washington who started the French and Indian War
at Jumonville Glen, because he messed up or intentionally fired on sleeping French officers. He probably lied about it. Washington was already a traitor. My ancestor was one of the French cadets who told him face-to-face that the French were on a diplomatic mission solely. It was Washington who claimed they were not. When the officers were sent to London, the Crown did nothing but send them back, and the level of distrust between the Masons in the colonies and the Crown was fever-pitch.

Here's a portrait of Washington in his 30's. Notice Freemasonic hand signal.

Real history is not what they teach in schools. Washington was a traitor and a snake.
Every war this country has been in, and its behaviour to natives and creatures is deplorable.
Meanwhile, Indians like Joseph Brandt were embraced and treated not only as equals but with admiration by George III.

Both the American and French revolutions were blasphemous and demonic plots.

The passage about Indians is regrettable.

You would think that the Founders had a universal respect for the natural right of self defense.

But the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in general has to be demonized.

Because it validates the natural right of people to exert their rights/freedom, to dismantle a government.
