Seems like it. Or he's being tactical. Neither Ron Paul nor Donald Trump ever directly attacked the idea that 9/11 was carried out by anyone but OBL and his cohort of not so merry men. (I guess they were merry when they were drinking with hookers). Ron floated the "blowback" theory that went over like a led balloon. Trump had more success telling Jeb Bush "Your brother didn't protect us on 9/11." Both men attacked the policies resulting from 9/11 as opposed the the 9/11 narrative itself. Rand is attacking the policies coming out of COVID rather that the COVID mythos itself. The point is to paint Dr. Fauci as unreasonable without appearing unreasonable himself. I'm personally not taking any COVID vaccine. I have no idea whether or not I've ever had COVID.
