If you're thinking about a Crypto exchange, might want to avoid this company like the plague.
Thousands of reports of customers being locked out of their accounts for MONTHS - and unable to get ANY response from the company, which you cannot call. Only emails - which are just ignored many times, and a "support" forum at Reddit, which seems to ignore most of the posts asking for help.
Scroll a few pages down because recent posts are all about the stock market.

Literally hundreds of these posts.

This is done for account security.
