That's a guest worker program, that is arguable. (I argue against it)
"Green Cards with an asterisk" is amnesty light, they don't have to go back but they don't get citizenship. (until the Demoncrats get enough power to give it to them)
It rewards illegal invaders and encourages more to come in the hopes it will be repeated every few years.
That also isn't the only thing Ron himself has said that constitutes a softening on immigration.
He may not be as bad as the nuts around here claim he is and I have argued against them before but he is no longer the same Ron who ran the ads in 2008.
