Half of all Americans will be self-employed by 2030. Traditional public and private schools cannot satisfy the needs of tomorrow’s entrepreneurs. Children who are homeschooled are at a disadvantage to those who can learn from a range of peers and professionals. Unschooling makes it difficult for children to develop self discipline, focus and drive. Those in the best position to learn and achieve are children who grow up around a well run business. Harrier Young Adult Business Program is a solution for families that don’t have thriving businesses to drive their children’s learning and development.

An entire world of knowledge is now at all of our fingertips. All any child needs is the ability and desire to obtain and use it.

We believe that the Internet is a powerful tool but a dangerous master. It must be used with extreme care and caution and generally limited during formative years. We believe young adults require a high degree of physical movement for good health and mental well being. We believe that children naturally want to produce and create and will do so willing when given the chance. Through productive and creative activity, children learn about themselves and the world around them, making easy and natural connections.

It's like doing college in grade school. This could be a great idea for some but I'm really sad for today's generation that they don't get to experience the fun in high school.

But how much of the fun was really about high school? Isn't it just the stage of life? In any case, it is different today.

Thank you. We've had a pivot in strategy. Instead of launching in a community not heavily invested in state schools, we are choosing instead a community where people pay astronomical taxes explicitly for the school system. We are starting as a summer program before going year round and then expanding.
