Entirely apart from the rat's nest of semantic gobbledygook, notice how "Julia" clearly doesn't care how the author prefers to identify himself, and instead insists on imposing "her" preferred term ("pansexual") upon him. But if anyone told "Julia" that "you are not a 'trans woman', you are a man", is there any doubt that "she" would fly off the handle (and even more so if you said "besides, why does it bother [you]?")?And ^that's the stupidity you end up with when you go from letting other people define who they are to letting them force you to accept their definition.
People like "Julia" can't even manage to be consistent within the context of their own lunacy.
There is one aspect of it which is pretty consistent.

These people (the Marxist/Maoist/Jacobin left) are butchering children, born and unborn, and it will get worse unless it's stopped.

Most of it actually is taking care of itself, if you look out on the horizon far enough. Discomfort for sane people in the short term but a much cleaner gene pool in the longer term, as the defectives eliminate themselves via various methods.
