With those children, he thought, that wretched woman must lead a life of terror. Another year, two years, and they would be watching her night and day for symptoms of unorthodoxy. Nearly all children nowadays were horrible. What was worst of all was that by means of such organizations as the Spies they were systematically turned into ungovernable little savages, and yet this produced in them no tendency whatever to rebel against the discipline of the Party. On the contrary, they adored the Party and everything connected with it. The songs, the processions, the banners, the hiking, the drilling with dummy rifles, the yelling of slogans, the worship of Big Brother—it was all a sort of glorious game to them. All their ferocity was turned outwards, against the enemies of the State, against foreigners, traitors, saboteurs, thought-criminals. It was almost normal for people over thirty to be frightened of their own children. And with good reason, for hardly a week passed in which the Times did not carry a paragraph describing how some eavesdropping little sneak—"child hero" was the phrase generally used—had overheard some compromising remark and denounced his parents to the Thought Police.

idk, could be a snitch, or just proactively building cases against his peers for when he gets accused of not being woke. We called it mutually assured destruction (MAD) in the 80s. The idea was that if someone nuked you, you could nuke them back. I can totally see kids adopting this idea for cancel culture. Not saying that's what he's doing or that it's "right," but it certainly worked for Hoover.

Superman Changes Motto to ‘Truth, Justice and a Better Tomorrow,’ Says DC Chief

Superman is officially moving on from “the American Way.”
In a press statement, the company said the decision is meant “to better reflect the storylines that we are telling across DC and to honor Superman’s incredible legacy of over 80 years of building a better world.”

In reality, Superman has followed several mantras over the decades, all of which involved variations on “truth” and “justice” as central to the iconic superhero’s identity.

Biden puts everyone that hasn't gotten the COVID vaccine onto trains and puts them in FEMA camps so that they can be slaughtered for non-compliance?

    Forewarned is Forearmed.

I tend to Preach when I drink Beer.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

What's ironic about this, is I actually agree with the general message here.

    Facts don't matter.

It is a question of ethics.

And ethically, they have no right to force me to take a vaccine. Any vaccine.
It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.

United States issues its 1st passport with ‘X’ gender marker

    https://apnews.com/article/us-passpo...9a06fda0857602

DENVER (AP) — The United States has issued its first passport with an “X” gender designation — a milestone in the recognition of the rights of people who don’t identify as male or female — and expects to be able to offer the option more broadly next year, the State Department said Wednesday.

The U.S. special diplomatic envoy for LGBTQ rights, Jessica Stern, called the moves historic and celebratory, saying they bring the government documents in line with the “lived reality” that there is a wider spectrum of human sex characteristics than is reflected in the previous two designations.

“When a person obtains identity documents that reflect their true identity, they live with greater dignity and respect,” Stern said.
