Of course. Just like Tulsi Gabbard, Jill Stein, or anyone else who may pose a threat to the Democratic establishment.

Good! Make the partisans choose between crucifying Rand for choosing his principles over Trump and pissing this bitch off.

How long until Pelosi impeaches Rand? A conviction probably wouldn't get past today's Senate, but at least they would have successfully impeached him. It would send a message to other thought criminals.

I have serious questions about whether Nigerian druglords are blackmailing Pam Keith.

If proven, she needs to go!

He's doing quite a lot right. Seems to be doing his job perfectly, in fact.

About as well as can be expected. I have a feeling Biden won't be playing a round of golf with him anytime soon.

Just to play devil's advocate, there is the Blount precedent.

For example, Rand was on TV and refused to say that "the election was not stolen". Pelosi could then use that as a basis for impeachment for inciting insurrection. Would that pass the House? There's a pretty good chance it would go through on a partisan vote. Then the Senate could vote to remove him from the Senate, which is a very well established power of the Senate. They could also go through with a Senate impeachment trial, if they wanted to. Who's going to stop them? The Supreme Court? Maybe the Chief Justice would refuse to participate, but would that stop the Senate? Nah.

Meanwhile Democrats can have deep China plants within their team. Some of our Legislatures have gotten deep into China plants too.

I learned of that yesterday while researching our discussion about impeaching former office holders.

Apparently the precedent that the Blount case established was that Senators cannot be impeached, but can still be expelled, per Article 1 Section 5.

You can judge a person by his/her friends and enemies. On both counts, Rand seems like a great guy.

I'll never forget where I was on 1/6, when I heard that terrorists had killed an unarmed woman peacefully protesting in the Capitol.
