Ron and Daniel have questions, I have answers. They asked what they posted to be banned? A common question. Here is the answer from a general moderation standpoint:

    1) It is rarely one thing, or the last thing posted - People make the assumption that it must be some single offending post. While it's possible that a blatant, outrageous single post could result in a ban, that is usually not the case. It is a cumulative effect. And don't forget, extreme posts are likely to be deleted.

    2) Reported posts - This is generally what drives the entire process. People use a "report" function. The report could be of a blatant community standard violation, it could be a spammer report, or it could be a troll, agitator, or paid subversive accusation report. Reports can be based upon political disagreement, which leads to the next item...

    3) Politically Biased Venues - Many small or larger forums or sub-forums have stated topics, agendas and biases. Thus, you would expect that deviation from or opposition to that topic or agenda may result in bans. But Twitter and Facebook publicly claim no such affiliation or agenda. In fact, they claim the opposite, that they are an unbiased, free and open square.

Now specifically, why would Ron Paul be censored by Facebook, YouTube or Twitter? Ron's content is not rude, outrageous, abusive, profane or a violation of stated community standards.

The reason is that these venues are not unbiased. They have mutated into political organizations, with specific, but unstated political agendas. What is their agenda? Their agenda is a combination of a radical leftist, DNC, establishment, globalism, and interventionism. It is the agenda spoon-fed to them every day by the leftist media, by leftist politicians from Nancy Pelosi to AOC. It is repeated by their favorite left wing fellows on Twitter and Facebook in their echo chamber.

Ron Paul is anathema to these politics. Twitter and Facebook are political outlets, thus reports by other users of ungood political thought are taken seriously, and eventually, will be grounds for censorship.

"Debt is the drug, Wall St. Banksters are the dealers, and politicians are the addicts." - B4L
"Totally free immigration? I've never taken that position. I believe in national sovereignty." - Ron Paul
