If Trump is going to keep asserting that facts are on his side, as if he actually knows of any such facts, then he is obligated to present them.

Come on Trump, what facts? Tell us already. You'd be taken more seriously if you had told us months ago, instead of just making assertions about these secret facts you know about.

    The transition already happened.

    Trump is persona non grata.

The transition should have begun over a month ago.
We have long had death and taxes as the two standards of inevitability. But there are those who believe that death is the preferable of the two. "At least," as one man said, "there's one advantage about death; it doesn't get worse every time Congress meets."

Thread title is false. He stated there would be an "orderly transition on Jan 20th".

There is an old saying, too much talk usually means weak bite.
He also funded Drag Queen Story Hours. And that wasn't voted on by Congress, it was money the Executive Branch allocated that they were free to spend in other ways.

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

No such thing exists. You can not legally concede an election. Its just a pleasantry and tradition.

Spell it out for us please. What exactly does "legally conceding" involve? And how does being commander in chief of the military factor into that?

You're not answering the question. What is "legally conceding"? I don't see how anything you're saying relates to that.

Is there anything that any previous presidents did when they left office that was "legally conceding" that somehow made their concessions count more than Trump's?
