The video that depicted a Chinese college professor giving a lecture on the fall of the US: the reasons being debt, collapsed dollar, global war and defense spending that bankrupted the country?

The "money quote" was at the end:

"Now they work for us" as the assembled students laugh.

It was in heavy rotation around the 2008 election cycle.

It looks like Dr 3D found it. I also did a search and found a lot of stories about it.

Not sure if you put your words in quotes, but that is a good way to search because the results bring up search strings. So, you would just search
"Now they work for us" That phrase appears broad at first glance, but it actually goes right to the story.

I've also found date range searching to be good.

I think there's also a version of this video where the Chinese Professor also brings up Ron Paul.
