Seems like many deaths in America were just labeled as COVID to gain hospitals more money.

That would be on par with the Asian flu of the late 50's or the Hong Kong flu of the late 60's. Bad but nothing spectacular.
How much was due to government actions and inaction? They restrict HCQ when it works, they refuse to discuss Ivermectin and it was shown to work amazingly in 11 RCT studies.
