I agree with the majority that the , potential, restrictions are unconstitutional.

Saddens me beyond measure that they believe that covid19 is really a threat.

Look at this loser complaining about the SCOTUS ruling on Newsweek. It's terrifying that people are complaining about having too much freedom.

    Freedom is not popular.

Most people hate it and will actively fight you from obtaining it.

Had not Ginsberg croaked, it would have been 4 to 5, in favor of tearing up the Bill of Rights.

This. I'm glad she's in the ground feeding worms. I'm glad Trump nominated conservative justices. I'm glad there was a conservative majority that appointed them. Just another Trump promise made and kept.

Anxiously awaiting the resident bobbleheads so they can be ignored.

Completely and utterly shocked that Roberts sided with the Liberals.

Nice, a win for the Judeo/Christian culture. A win for Western Civilization as well.

This is why we need Trump to get at least 2 more vacancies.

“The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty.

“There can be no question that the challenged restrictions, if enforced, will cause irreparable harm…. If only 10 people are admitted to each service, the great majority of those who wish to attend Mass on Sunday or services in a synagogue on Shabbat will be barred.”
All the blame goes on Trump for this. Another prime example of his allegiance to Israel. Putting justices on the bench that would rule in favor of Jewish religious practices. Many are gleefully looking forward to the coming days of court packing when the B-H Administration can put a majority of anti-Semitic atheists on the bench.[/snark]
