    KRAKEN RELEASED. Video shows no water main break in GA as unsupervised poll workers toil

    Challengers ejected over "emergency."

    104 page complaint:

    https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-...11.25.2020.pdf

    Specifically, video from the State Farm Arena in Fulton County shows that on November 3rd after the polls closed, election workers falsely claimed a water leak required the facility to close. All poll workers and challengers were evacuated for several hours at about 10:00 PM. However, several election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM.

    As someone who has read lots of legal documents, I'm pretty disappointed with this one. The evidence is sound, so why all the superlatives?

    I'll tell you why I think it is - because they know it won't be enough. They have fantastic evidence for the opportunity. They have even better evidence of the statistical anomalies. They even have a ton of evidence suggesting the covering of tracks. But they don't have the people responsible for committing the act, nor coordinating it. And they don't have the necessary point(s) of manipulation. And that's all the left will need to continue their case that this is all a GOP ruse.

    This is unfortunate. I just hope history exposes this.

    I hereby congratulate Ms Powell et al for coming up with a case with a very strong chance of success.

    I read the Complaint. If people want to say no evidence they are not reading what I am reading. There is established law outlined and then there is proof that the law was broken. Trump lost by less than 13,000 votes and they have hundreds of thousands of issues. All that is necessary according to law is to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the election. I think Sidney Powell did more than that. Furthermore, much of what she said is applicable in other states. If a judge rules against this they rule against established law. No way to dismiss this as conspiracy theory.

    The Georgia Supreme Court has madeclear that Plaintiffs need not show how the [] voters would have voted if their[absentee] ballots had been regular. [] only had to show that there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result.” See OCGA ß 21-2-520 etseq., Mead v. Sheffield, 278 Ga. 268, 272, 601 S.E.2d 99, 102 (1994) theSupreme Court invalidated an election, and ordered a new election because itfound that,Thus, [i]t was not incumbent upon [the Plaintiff] to show how the[481] voters would have voted if their [absentee] ballots hadbeen regular. He only had to show that there were enough irregularballots to place in doubt the result. He succeeded in that task.

    These lawsuits are not prosecuting the people that commited the acts. The goal is to throw out some of the results. This should be enough for that purpose.

    In the alternative, Plaintiffs seek an emergency order prohibitingDefendants from including in any certified results from the General Electionthe tabulation of absentee and mailing ballots which do not comply with theElection Code, including, without limitation, the tabulation of absentee andmail-in ballots Trump Campaign’s watchers were prevented from observingor based on the tabulation of invalidly cast absentee and mail-in ballotswhich (i) lack a secrecy envelope, or contain on that envelope any text, mark,or symbol which reveals the elector’s identity, political affiliation, orcandidate preference, (ii) do not include on the outside envelope a completeddeclaration that is dated and signed by the elector, or (iii) are delivered inperson by third parties for non-disabled voters.210.When we consider the harm of these uncounted votes, and ballots notordered by the voters themselves, and the potential that many of theseunordered ballots may in fact have been improperly voted and also prevented 100proper voting at the polls, the mail ballot system has clearly failed in thestate of Georgia and did so on a large scale and widespread basis. The size ofthe voting failures, whether accidental or intentional, are multiples largerthan the margin in the state. For these reasons, Georgia cannot reasonablyrely on the results of the mail vote. Relief sought is the elimination of themail ballots from counting in the 2020 election. Alternatively, the electors forthe state of Georgia should be disqualified from counting toward the 2020election. Alternatively, the electors of the State of Georgia should be directedto vote for President Donald Trump.211.For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment intheir favor and provide the following emergency relief:
    1. An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and theGeorgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results;
    2. An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currentlycertified election results to the Electoral College;
    3. An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified electionresults that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of theelection;101
    4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines andsoftware in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs.
    5. An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that werenot certified as required by federal and state law be counted.
    6. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of StateRule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause,U.S. CONST. art. I, ß 4;
    7. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system ofsignature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause byworking a de facto abolition of the signature verificationrequirement;
    8. A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified electionresults violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV;
    9. A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballotfraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statisticallyvalid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absenteeballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if therecount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligibleabsentee ballots were counted;102
    10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines beSeized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—byplaintiffs’ expects;
    11. A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurredin violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under statelaw;
    12. A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretaryof State from transmitting the currently certified results to theElectoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of electiontampering;
    13. Immediate production of 36 hours of security camera recording ofall rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in FultonCounty, GA from 12:00am to 3:00am until 6:00pm on November 3.
    14. Plaintiffs further request the Court grant such other relief as isjust and proper, including but not limited to, the costs of this actionand their reasonable attorney fees and expenses pursuant to 42U.S.C. 1988.
    Respectfully submitted, this 25th day of November, 2020.

    There will be a response to this from the other side, and it doesn't matter anyway because GA is not enough.

    Their efforts should be applauded, but cannot be held in the context of winning a second term anymore.

    Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. I think Trump will get re-elected. Most all the arguments can be utilized in other states. PA is in shambles. All it takes is PA, GA, and one more. I think they will all fall in line. If they don't there is not justice at all in this country. The arguments IMHO are irrefutable.

    Contrary to public perception. Circumstantial evidence is just as good as direct evidence. Itís like if I look outside and there is no snow in the ground and when I wake up and see snow. I know it snowed overnight even though I didnít see it happen.

    In this case, we might not see who did it but we know it occurred based on the circumstances.

    All Trump has to do is show that there there were irregularities that could have changed the winner.

    Of course the left is always going to ask for concrete evidence, they're the ones that are guilty they're not going to just say, "Oh, you got us." It's like a crappy internet debate where the other side demand sa source, but no matter how many sources you provide, it's still not enough, and they annoint themselves as the arbitrator of what's truth or fiction.

    IMO Team Trump doesn't need to convince the left. They only need to show a judge the laws and the irregularities that took place and show that had those irregularities not taken place the election could have turned out differently.

    I guess. If your interest is in a Trump win.

    My interest is in getting the public to question the validity of the voting system. For that we need public acceptance and evidence to further reduce media credibility.

    One state at a time. Itís time consuming, itís frustrating but it must be done. We canít not let the Deep Administrative State decide who our chief executive will be.

    The democrats already don't think the federal government is legitimate. The media successfully sowed doubt in their perceptions of the election by protesting the results for 3 years. They feel justified in cheating because they feel like they are doing the right thing. The only detterance to cheating in elections has to be punishment. I think if they are given power they would be rewarded and they will always do it.
