So in 2006, the U.S. government began an “investigation” of SMARTMATIC...
Who owned SMARTMATIC at the time is still not publicly known, as it was owned by a trust in Amsterdam that was owned by another shell company in the Dutch Antilles (both in money laundering paradise the Netherlands), which was owned by a private foundation in Geneva, Switzerland (another money laundering paradise, with the banking secrecy).

According to several sources, Sequoia Voting Systems rigged the Florida vote in favour of Bush Jr. in 2000.

In 2004, the presidential election was again rigged in favour of that son of a Bush… this time in Ohio. Where the votes were counted/rigged by Diebold Industries, which was owned at the time by some “too enthusiastic” supporters of George W. Bush.

A couple of years later, Sequoia Voting Systems was “bought” by the little known Dominion Voting Systems. A short while later, Dominion also “bought” America’s third largest election company, Diebold in Ohio.
Probably these were “bought” with a handsome payoff for the crooks that got Bush Jr. in the White House.

In 2003, Dominion Voting Systems had been founded in Toronto, Canada and is privately owned.
By the New York-based private equity firm Staple Street Capital Management (once again New York!).

So Dominion Voting Systems is located in Canada and SMARTMATIC is owned by a company in Switzerland.

Many “reputable” media are reporting that the insinuations by Trump against Smartmatic are irrelevant, as there is no connection between Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems whatsoever.

At first reading I found that convincing, but a whole less convincing as the historic connection between the 2 isn’t mentioned by the BBC. This is what I found from Wikipedia…

On 8 March 2005, Sequoia Voting Systems was acquired by Smartmatic, voting machines included.
In November 2007, Smartmatic was ordered to sell Sequoia, which it supposedly did to Sequoia managers.

In April 2008, court documents revealed that Smartmatic still owned a substantial stake in Sequoia, holding a $2 million note from SVS Holdings, Inc.
On 4 June 2010, Dominion Voting Systems acquired Sequoia Voting Systems. That’s a little more than 2 years after Smartmatic still owned a stake in Sequoia...

In 2007, investigative reporter Dan Rather charged Sequoia Voting Systems with deliberately supplying poor quality punch-card ballots to Palm Beach County, Florida for the 2000 presidential election.
Dan Rather based his allegations on former Sequoia employees, who exposed that the ballots for Palm Beach County were produced with poor quality paper, which caused the "hanging chads". Sequoia management ordered the production workers to ignore these problems.

Pre-election testing by Sequoia showed that the cards were not punching cleanly and would cause “dangling chads”.

But it wasn't okay, according to Evans and her co-workers. They believe that the chad problems at the factory became chad problems in Florida- causing at the very least thousands of undervotes, due to hanging or stuck chads. There were over 10,000 undervotes in Palm Beach County.

Since 2010, Smartmatic has been at the heart of election fraud in the USA, Mexico, Venezuela, and the Philippines.

Malloch Brown is very close to none other than George Soros. That’s the same billionaire Soros, who’s very close to the Anglo-Dutch monarchy, Clinton and Trump.

After the 2000 US election, which made George W. Bush US president, they incorporated in Delaware (in 2000) with funds from Jorge Massa Dustou.
Dustou was married to none other than the sister of media mogul billionaire Gustavo Cisneros.

In the 2020 US presidential election, Dominion Voting Systems was responsible for some 50% of all votes in 30 states, including every single state where the outcome is being contested by Trump - Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia – that all swung to Joe Biden from initial huge leads for Donald.

The Smartmatic US chairman is Peter Neffenger, who was just appointed to Joe Biden’s Transition Team. Neffenger was previously TSA head in the Obama Administration.
Also on the USA Smartmatic board is Gracia Hillman, who was Chairman of the US Election Assistance Commission from 2003 to 2010 under Bush Jr. and Obama.

In 2010, Smartmatic-controlled Sequoia Voting Systems, aka SVS Inc., was acquired by the Canadian Dominion Voting Systems. To make this is into an all-American company, it was owned by NY based Staple Street Capital. Several board members of Staple Street came from the Bush-affiliated private equity giant, Carlyle Group Partners.

On 9 July 2002, Mills explained the deal to Symons that “BAE will sell or lease as the case may be to [name redacted], a company incorporated in the UAE and majority-owned by UAE citizens for which I act. It is a condition precedent of the deal that there will be no US objection”.

Less than a month before the invasion of Iraq, on 28 February 2003, the Carlyle group bought a 34% stake in QinetiQ for a mere £42.3 million.
When QinetiQ stock shares was later put on the stock market, the Carlyle Group got about an eight-fold return, which benefitted amongst others former PM John Major, European Chairman of the Carlyle Group, when Baroness Symons was Minister for Defence Procurement.

On 11 June 2001, 3 months before 9/11, Baroness Symons moved from the Defence Ministry to become Minister of State for the Middle East, in the Foreign Office, and Minister of State for Trade.
