Thumbs down Penn Jillette loves Joe Biden

This guy must be hitting the same bong that Gary Johnson was smoking:

Penn cant be serious with this statement. These people are nuts. And Penn claims to be Libertarian? if you are Libertarian you would care for about raising taxes.

Okay, so it's not over, there will be court fights, but Joe has won. I used to identify as Libertarian, I used to have opinions on government. I used to think I disagreed with Joe Biden on most everything, but I voted for him. I wanted the other guy fired and I wanted Joe hired and for me the job description is now very simple. I need Joe to love all the Trump supporters. I don't care if Joe raises taxes. I don't care if Joe helps add stupid, counterproductive regulations. I don't care about anything except love and kindness.
but now we need a Nelson Mandela. We need MLK. And it needs to be Joe. We need someone who can love the people

I am not surprised. There are things other than politics that come first for these people like being part of the elite club, the loyalty and covering for one another.

To be fair, some 'libertarians' are supporting his opponent... a guy who is funded by globalist neocons, championed big gummit spending on steroids, debt out the wazoo, champions police state, called for execution of Snowden, supports global interventions and sent 14,000 more troops to mideast last year.
Minor difference is he celeberates both Abe Lincoln and MLK.

If supporting Biden is unlibertarian, so is supporting his SWC Netanyahu worshipping opponent.

That's rather disappointing that he loves Biden.

but now we need a Nelson Mandela.
    Why is that surprising?

That is just what the left is looking for: a charismatic violent Marxist thug, willing to "necklace" (or whatever other atrocious means they come up with for punishing us) political opposition, shape the federal government into a uni-party authoritarian arm of political will, seize land and property of the hated minority, unleash criminal thugs to murder those who will not leave their property and plunge what was a vibrant and productive nation into a dark age from which may never emerge.

Oh, and make sure it is a colored person...that's important.

Now, obviously, Biden ain't that guy, for a number of reasons, all very clear.

    I doubt Harris is either.

But some of these up and coming firebrand black Marxists...yeah any one of them could fit the bill.

Trump and Bernie Sanders have done us great favors however, they have very effectively exposed the leftarians and drawn them off.

You are right in that none of what is happening is surprising.

Left continues to win, Right/Conservatives as "slow speed Left/Progressives" always trailing Left by few years only to embrace same positions where Left was few years ago. Take Big gov spending, Fed vs State rights, Red Flags on 2nd amendment, Police State, global interventions, LGBTQ, DOMA, DACA, NAFTA/USMCA, Diversity/Social Justice, Abortion, Gay Marriage and so on.
Not sure how Left got so smart and Right got so simple minded as this has been going on year after year, decade after decade.

You have one job, Joe -- love all of us.
Holy guacamole! He wants love from a politician? Robespierre loved the people of France.

I want love from friends. They are the only ones who truly know me. If any politician was capable of showing me love, it was Ron Paul, and I never expected that. Is Penn 5 years old?

Implementing my own cancel-culture, I have deleted the CW channel from my Roku.

Penn & Teller were the only thing on there, and they have cured me from watching them.

All the rest of the shows on CW are h0m0 super hero garbage.

As I wrote in the other thread, selling out like this is worse than the actual true believer Marxist. Penn is going against his own beliefs hoping he will be spared and his shows allowed to go on. I lost any and all respect I had for him.

I think that you a right on the money.

P&T are probably the biggest show in Vegas and they represent interests that are desperate to open again.

The are groveling to the new Boss.

    Not sure if serious...

This could be an attempt by Penn to counter division. Hard to imagine that he believes a senile old child molesting influence peddler will be able to do it, or even to remember it tomorrow. Seems like a message more for the vengeful leftist masses.

    Two reasons:

1 - The left wants to "do things" to people. This satisfies the natural human desire, or "Rule Three" to wield petty power over your fellow man. When couched in terms of moral absolutes, it is just about an unstoppable force.

2 - The right, by it's very nature, is loathe to organize. It can not, will not organize even in the face of clear and present danger, not even to save it's own life.

Methinks Penn may be shooting to land his next gig, seeing how his Vegas show is now dead in the water. Big mortgage payments and kid's college tuitions don't pay themselves. Most celebs will ditch their long-held political ideologies in a heartbeat if the alternative, staying principled, means a reduced standard of living. There's nothing more painful for a celeb than heading back to commoner status. That fear overrides all else.

They have never yet and they never will have the sense to reflect that this hobby-horse is a manifest violation of the most important law of nature, which has established from the very creation of the world one unit unlike another and precisely for the purpose of instituting individuality."- A Quote From Some Old Book

Watched this a few months back. Says he is glad itlibertarianism is never implemented because it is crazy and unworkable (not just with the virus) but he still says he holds those ideals even though they don't work and hopes they don't get tried. Not sure at what point in the video it happens but it's there. . He's long been my least favorite living libertarian because of how condescending he is. He speaks in a tone of tolerance and caring while $#@!ting on people.

Here he is saying Bernie Sanders is preferable to Rand, though I guess he backtracked https://reason.com/2015/10/13/penn-j...rs-is-the-one/ https://www.cnn.com/2015/10/13/polit...ian/index.html "This is all stuff a libertarian probably shouldn't say, but 'socialist' isn't a dirty word. It's a different way of looking at how the government works."

Not even sure what his position is here but I guess he thinks bakers should be forced make penis cakes. https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/...s-freedom-law/

Penn Jillette wants everyone masked and everyone vaccinated.

He says not wearing a mask is like drunk driving.
