The message is irrelevant. It's probably just a vehicle for the spam-link payload that is likely to be edited in later.

This one is interesting, because the non-link content was also substantially altered. (Usually, just a sentence or two with the link is appended.)(Good thing this was pro-Democrat - otherwise, we might have had a case of Russia-sponsored election interference on our hands.)
