Twitter allows Giuliani revenge porn while suppressing Hunter Biden story?

Not quite fitting the legal definition of revenge porn....but close and certainly in bad taste.

MSM believes its completely ok for stories about Democratic scandals to be suppressed while scandals about Republicans can be brought up without any trouble.

This guy needs to dig a little deeper when making videos like this. He always seems to analyze based upon the out of context or hyped headlines, without finding out more.

Specifically in this case, he needed to address the microphone removal information, and that it possibly pulled out his shirt, and even better to get Giuliani’s statement that he was simply tucking in his shirt (not sure if Giuliani’s statement was out yet when this video was made though. It was posted today).

This movie did not suddenly come out of no where. It was in the works for a long time, with those involved likely knowing the contents in advance and of course the release date was not a secret. Hunter's hard drive was available something like a year ago with the feds having access to it. Yet Rudy is the one that ends up the public face of exposing the hard drive. Hmm.

Rudy served a purpose to discredit the release for the left while getting the right all excited about how Rudy was unfairly targeted. The elites won the left/right narrative again. A win to make this all look like a nothing burger that they can blame on conspiracy theorists and on political motivations.

I hope I am wrong about Rudy on this going forward.

I think you're holding him responsible for failing to do things he wasn't actually trying to do. The Giuliani incident itself was secondary to his purpose, and his remarks about the particulars of that incident were highly qualified ("I don't know ...", "I haven't seen the scene ...", etc.). He is not trying to arrive at any conclusions about what Giuliani actually did or did not do.

He's just using Cernovich's reference to Twitter's "revenge porn policies" (in conjunction with the AP article about the incident) as a springboard for learning and talking about the details of the law regarding "revenge porn." That's what his whole "vlawg" schtick is about. As he explicitly said at the end of the video, "Any excuse is a good excuse to learn about the law."

The bigger picture here is that the corporate media and the left are using this to discredit him, and by association the Biden hard drive information.

It's inconsequential in my book. Giuliani has been discredited to me since Ron took him down in 2012. None of it changes what appears to be the clear evidence on the computer, however.

I guess nobody is interested in this Biden-Giuliani "bombshell"?!?

In 2009, the corrupt US Vice President Joe Biden visited Romania to meet the future chief of the local Anti-Corruption National Department (DNA), Laura Kovesi, these day EU’s Prosecutor in Chief.
Kovesi had a direct phone link to (then) US ambassador to Romania Mark Gitenstein. While leading DNA, Kovesi helped the US administration to decimate not only the local mafia, but any local capital big enough to oppose foreign influence.

One of Kovesi’s strongest “opponents” was The Monaco Group led by Romanian oligarch Puiu Popoviciu. Popoviciu is the son-in-law of Ion “Teleaga” Dinca, former Minister of Internal Affairs and Vice-Prime-Minister under Ceausescu (when Romania was Communist).
Popoviciu represents a host of top US companies in Romania.

So in 2009, Popoviciu was arrested. In 2016, Popoviciu hired an all-star (American) legal team to defend him against the corruption charges.
Popoviciu hired a corrupt lawyer named Hunter Biden of the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP (of Trump crony David Boies).
In the final year of the Obama administration, an American lawyer traveled to Romania to meet with a businessman accused of orchestrating a corrupt land deal.
The businessman was Gabriel “Puiu” Popoviciu, a wealthy Romanian real estate tycoon. The lawyer brought in to advise him was Hunter Biden, the son of then-Vice President Joe Biden, according to two people familiar with the matter.
Not very surprisingly Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani (him again!) accused Hunter Biden of all sorts of malpractice.
    Who could argue with that?

In 2016, Popoviciu also hired the law firm former FBI director Louis Freeh.
In 2018, Freeh hired his long-time associate the lying, corrupt lawyer (is there any other kind?) Rudy Giuliani (Freeh had supported Giuliani’s 2008 presidential campaign) to write a letter against the horrible crackdown in Romania.

It has not been disclosed on behalf of which client of the Freeh Group Giuliani wrote the letter:
