Interesting development, some of the high profile Deep Neocons are defending ACB; widely respected Iraq war championing neoconservative Joe Lieberman just came to ACB's defense and criticized those who were criticizing her 'because of her religious beliefs'. (Ironically, same Lieberman had praised and comapred to Moses a controversial Deep Ziocons linked and lately Trump supporting pastor who had championed wars in the name of Jesus and also repeatedly used very offensive language about Catholics).

With limited info, still not convinced that this is another Deep Neocons play to game the base gullibles with clever marketing ahead of appointment. But anyone knows what are her stances on Forever Wars authorizations, Deep State (perpetual wars profiteers wing)/Deep Neocons, civil liberties, America-First etc?

I guess you can speculate about anyone but won't know for sure until it happens. I can guarantee you that we could do way worse than this judge.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued the following statement in response to President Trump’s nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court:

What a brave, wonderful Supreme Court pick by President Trump! President Trump has once again stood up for the U.S. Constitution with his nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Judge Barrett has a demonstrated record of applying the rule of law rather than legislating from the bench. Her record shows that she will not only respect but apply the U.S. Constitution as written and intended by our Founding Fathers. And it would be a wonderful milestone that Judge Barrett would be the first conservative woman member on the Supreme Court. She seems to be a full spectrum conservative who is likely to be a force on the Supreme Court for years to come.

This nomination is another great victory for constitutional government and a blow to politicized decision-making on the Supreme Court. Most Americans agree with Judge Barrett that the Supreme Court should apply the law as it is written and leave the legislating to the people’s elected representatives.

The U.S. Senate should move quickly to work with President Trump to consider and approve Judge Barrett before Election Day. There is not much radical liberals can do to stop this excellent Supreme Court pick. Leftist threats of violence and court-packing should not slow the Senate one bit. And all Americans should reject the growing un-American campaign by the radical left to attack her family and oppose Justice Barrett because of her religious faith.

Judge Barrett cannot be confirmed soon enough.

I have no idea who Chief Justice is and whoever it is obviously doesn't post near enough to be anyone's sock and especially not mine.

But of course since I'm busy posting "things that shall not be spoken of", not to mention making you and your buddy Swordy look like idiots, your only remaining tactic is posting provably false smears about socks and whatnot. @Brian4Liberty @JoshLowry I assume you both have access to the VBB CP and therefore IP addresses. They obviously have pictures of Roberts having sex with a hamster. He might as well be a Clinton appointee.

And in Nieves v. Bartlett, Kavanaugh was actively looking for ways to justify government stepping...

The SCOTUS is a $#@!ing joke.

They were never meant to have the power of judicial review, it was debated and specifically excluded from the enumerated powers.

In Marbury v Madison, the SCOTUS gave themselves the power of judicial review in violation of the Constitution.

Thomas Jefferson on their unconstitutional power grab:

"The question whether the judges are invested with exclusive authority to decide on the constitutionality of a law has been heretofore a subject of consideration with me in the exercise of official duties. Certainly there is not a word in the Constitution which has given that power to them more than to the Executive or Legislative branches."
"The Constitution . . . meant that its coordinate branches should be checks on each other. But the opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves in their own sphere of action but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch."
'To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men and not more so. They have with others the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps. Their maxim is boni judicis est ampliare jurisdictionem [good justice is broad jurisdiction], and their power the more dangerous as they are in office for life and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves."
"An idea whose time has come cannot be stopped by any army or any government" - Ron Paul.

"To learn who rules over you simply find out who you arent allowed to criticize."

I grew up in a blue area of an otherwise red state. The reason: I was surrounded by Catholics. I am in fact Catholic and will be so until I die because of Cannon Law.

Growing up I always heard abortion was bad blah, blah, blah. Our CCD group tried to force us to go to anti-abortion rallies. I didn't go I lied to get out of it.

But guess what all these good Catholics voted Democrat. Supporting the pro-choice canidate. I could honestly care less who you vote for, but if you try to force me to go to an anti-abortion rally at least be consistent with your bullsh$t.

Going up I never met a Catholic in my immediate area who was a Republican. I was actually called out as a kid by my relatives for liking George Bush Sr.

So yeah anytime I see a Catholic getting nominated that only throws up red flags. I know the baggage that comes along with it. I would actually prefer a non religious person with a consistent belief system.

After William Rainsberger was arrested for murdering his 88-year-old mother, he spent two months in jail before he was released on bail. A year later, prosecutors dropped the case, citing a lack of evidence. That decision was not surprising, because Rainsberger's arrest was based on a probable cause affidavit written by an Indianapolis detective who misrepresented crucial facts and omitted exculpatory information.

The detective, Charles Benner, nevertheless argued that Rainsberger could not sue him under 42 USC 1983, a federal statute that allows people to seek damages when government officials violate their constitutional rights. In a 2019 opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit demolished Benner's argument that he was protected by qualified immunity, a court-invented doctrine that limits such claims to cases in which officials are accused of violating "clearly established" law.

That opinion is of special interest to critics of qualified immunity—which in many cases has protected police officers from liability for shocking behavior—because it was written by 7th Circuit Judge Amy Coney Barrett, who is reportedly the leading contender to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court. In addition to supporting legislation that would limit or abolish qualified immunity, its critics hope the Supreme Court will reconsider the doctrine in an appropriate case. While the 7th Circuit's decision in Rainsberger v. Benner does not reveal how Barrett would vote in such a case, it does suggest she is not the sort of judge who bends over backward to protect police officers accused of outrageous misconduct.

Keep posting nonsense and embarrassing yourselves further please. It's becoming quite obvious that there is a foreign shill group manning the Trumpkin handles that is wholly unfamiliar with American english.

The entire internet is the domain of paid shills and bots. If you don't know this by now....

Israel, under control of the Crown and, ultimately, the Vatican, own the USA. If you don't know this by now....

Talk to people about liberty. You won't find it on websites, you won't find it in politicians.

But now you can't talk to people because of "social distancing"....brought to you by shills and politicians.

    Well I nevah!

I must report this severe infringement right away!

@Brian4Liberty @JoshLowry I assume you both have access to the VBB CP and therefore IP addresses. I request that you check IP addresses and if it is determined that devil21's claim of foreign intervention is inaccurate that devil21 be banned. I understand that I will be attacked for my posts but the coordinated smears and false claims are starting to get out of hand and are very much against TOS.
