Kyle Rittenhouse ordered held on $2M bail in Kenosha
    https://nypost.com/2020/11/02/kyle-r...il-in-kenosha/
    Jorge Fitz-Gibbon (02 November 2020)

Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse was ordered held on $2 million cash bail Monday during his first court appearance on homicide charges in the Wisconsin city.

Loren Keating. a court commissioner who presided over the hearing, ruled that Rittenhouse, who fled to his home in Illinois after the fatal shooting of two protesters, represented a serious flight risk.

“The charges are incredibly serious and again, if a conviction occurs there would be a likelihood of an imposition of a mandatory life sentence or at least significant amounts of time, likely decades of a period of incarceration,” the judge said. “I believe that there’s a reasonable basis to flee.”

The live-streamed court appearance marked the first time the teen was in Kenosha since [Aug. 25 ...]

    [...]

He appeared in court on Friday in Antioch, Illinois, and was extradited to Wisconsin, where he faces homicide charges in Kenosha.

He is due to return to court on Dec. 3.

Kyle Rittenhouse Released from Jail on $2 Million Bond

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...-million-bond/

    Joshua Caplan 20 Nov 2020

Illinois teenager Kyle Rittenhouse was released Friday from law enforcement custody after posting a $2 million bail.

Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, and attempted first-degree intentional homicide following the August 25th deaths of Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum in Kenosha Wisconsin during riots sparked by the police-involved shooting of Jacob Blake. Rittenhouse allegedly shot three people, two of whom succumbed to their wounds.

“Kyle Rittenhouse’s bond was posted this afternoon at about 2:00 pm which was set up through his attorney,” said Kenosha County Sheriff’s Sgt. David Wright. “He is no longer in custody at the Kenosha County Jail.”

As Breitbart News reporter AWR Hawkins previously reported:

Rittenhouse told reporters he was in Kenosha to protect people’s property, and in late September his attorney, Pierce, told Breitbart News Sunday, “Wisconsin is an open carry state. You’ve seen the video of what was going on in that city. It was a war zone, and Kyle had every right — just as much a right — to be there as the people that were trying to burn down that city, and he was attempting to protect property and attempting to be there to provide medical aid.”

Pierce added, “Every person that has any sense at all is going to take a weapon to that location. It was a legal weapon. I can’t comment right now further on the specifics of where the weapon was obtained. It was obtained as a legal weapon. It did not cross state lines. That charge is incorrect as a matter of law in Wisconsin. Actually, that weapon can be possessed by anyone 16 years or older.”

Earlier this month Dominick Black, 19, was arrested and charged with allegedly purchasing the AR-15 that Rittenhouse used.

Black is accused of receiving money from Rittenhouse, “then on May 1st he drove 300 miles north from Kenosha to a hardware store in upper Wisconsin to buy the [AR-15],” according to an affidavit.

In October, Illinois did not press charges against Rittenhouse for possession of the AR-15 because the rifle was allegedly “purchased, stored, and used” out of Prairie State.

Owe ya a mea culpa and apology.

You had it nailed from the start, not only was Pierce bad news, but now Wood is exposed as either a grifting $#@! or bumbling douchebag.

Congrats on sniffing out the rats, although none of it helps Rittenhouse much.

Pro-Trump lawyer L. Lin Wood subject of probe into whether he voted illegally in Georgia: report

    L. Lin Wood might lead the way to a case of voter fraud in Georgia after all.

The Trump ally who filed a fraud lawsuit to block Georgia’s election certification is now the subject of an investigation into whether he himself was a legal Georgia voter during the 2020 presidential election, WSB-TV reported Tuesday.

“I have been domiciled in South Carolina for several months after purchasing property in the state in April,” Wood said in an email to WSB-TV reporter Justin Gray.

Sources in the Georgia secretary of state’s office said the email caused them to launch an official investigation, the station reported.

Wood, a longtime conservative whose recent clients include QAnon-mongering Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Kenosha protest gunman Kyle Rittenhouse, denied any wrongdoing in a statement.

Apology not accepted - because you didn't do anything that needs to be apologized for.

Unlike some others, instead of summarily (and bizarrely) dismissing them as some kind of pro-CNN anti-Trump concern trolling, you acknowledged that the issues I raised were valid causes for concern that would bear watching. And as for mea culpas, I am as guilty as anyone for wanting and hoping that none of this would pan out as it has.

I very much wish it had been otherwise and that it had all turned out to be just a bunch of baseless FUD.

Kyle Rittenhouse doesn't deserve any of this, though he stands to be the one who pays the greatest price for it.

Still, it's nowhere close to being over yet. Let's hope that Kyle ends up retaining competent representation whose only agenda is Kyle's defense and eventual acquittal ...

Have you read up on the Kafka-esque Catch 22 that Rittenhouse has landed in that caused this latest outrage?

So the System is looking to revoke his bail and throw him back in jail, because he failed to tell the System that he had moved.

Lost in the shuffle is the fact that he had to move because the System doxxed his old location and his new location is being kept a secret, and the System was made aware of this, because he receives steady, credible death threats from the Bolshevik mob howling for his blood.

US police and public officials donated to Kyle Rittenhouse, data breach reveals

Officers and officials also donated to fundraisers for far-right activists and fellow officers accused of shooting black Americans

A data breach at a Christian crowdfunding website has revealed that serving police officers and public officials have donated money to fundraisers for accused vigilante murderers, far-right activists, and fellow officers accused of shooting black Americans.

    [...]

The breach, shared with journalists by transparency group Distributed Denial of Secrets, revealed the details of some donors who had previously attempted to conceal their identities using GiveSendGo’s anonymity feature, but whose identifying details the website preserved.

    [...]

One donation for $25, made on 3 September last year, was made anonymously, but associated with the official email address for Sgt William Kelly, who currently serves as the executive officer of internal affairs in the Norfolk police department in Virginia.

    [...]

Another Rittenhouse donor using an official email address was Craig Shepherd, who public records show is a paramedic in Utah. This donor gave $10 to Rittenhouse on 30 August.

When you stop following the rule of law, you are no better than them.

Eventually the non-political will get tired of the far left having a temper tantrum and rioting everytime they don't get their way. The average person just wants to live a quiet life, work etc.

My philosophy with violence has always been I won't start a fight, but I have no problem finishing it. This is getting to an extreme. The fight has been started, and we have to finish it.

One problem I have with donations to politicians is their sharing of donor information. Once you donate, your information is a commodity, and is distributed and sold liberally. You will get swamped with people and organizations looking for donations.
