Trump is recommending. Biden's Bolshies WILL mandate. There is no question about that...the only question is what else will mandated, vaccines, blood draws, tracker chips, god only knows what.

$6 trillion of "stimulus"...LOL...you're worried about that? That's a drop in the bucket...there's $30 trillion on the table, another $60 trillion in next month's mail...that's absurd, black hole sun level debt...it will never get paid.

If you are foolish enough to be holding US government debt, you will be paid in one these three ways:

We'll pay you back with inflated dollars and kiss our ass.

We'll renege entirely and kiss our ass.

We'll bomb you debt holders into atoms and kiss our ass.

Partisan? Possibly...regardless of what Trumpocrisies you may point out, what the Bolshies have in store for us will be worse.

Such mask politics controversies seem rather meanigless in substance and may even be clever coverup ploy by the planners behind $6 Trillion debt spenders on something that in next breath is painted as a 'hoax' by same people?
I already addressed the debt above...that is of even less importance than freedom to most AmeriKunts...nobody cares.

But the maskhole mandates are substantive in this regard: they took a presumption that, for decades and study after study has been understood as true, i.e widespread wearing of masks in public, outside of a clinical environment, provide no real protection against airborne illnesses, and turned it on its head.

And achieved almost 100 percent compliance with a lie.

And just like the lie that having government agents grope your child's genitals will protect you from "terror" it is now a fait accompli, a done deal, the "new normal"...forever.

    And that's a big deal.

Granted many Bush-Cheney tricked/burnt gullibles are desperately trying to find a savior lately in the NYC Big Progressive Socialism groomed strong leader but two an two don't add up here. And bashing Bernie-Biden for what is taking place without even mentioning strong leadership brought to play by GOP-Adelson wing leading this $6T war seems bit strange.
I've made it clear I intent to vote for Trump in the fall.

I've laid out very specific reasons for doing so...that doesn't mean I have to rah rah his name in every post...he's done plenty of stupid $#@! as well...but I don't have to mention that in every post either because there are plenty of people here, like you, who are very quick to point that out, over and over again.

Bashing the Bernie-Biden-Bolsheviks...that, on the other hand, is something that needs to be done every second of every day.

On a personal financial level I will be ruined if they were to come to power...and it will be the third time in my life I will have been put out of business by government.

A recent study discovered only 70 percent of men nationwide report wearing a face mask in public to help stop the spread of COVID-19. That means nearly one-third of men aren’t wearing masks around others, effectively ignoring CDC recommendations and state mandates.

Nonprofit academic medical center Cleveland Clinic conducted the study, which looked at how COVID-19 is impacting men around the U.S. The clinic surveyed 1,000 men nationwide ages 18 and over to compile their findings.

The study also found that only half of men ages 18 to 34 are avoiding gathering in large groups to protect themselves against COVID-19. For men 55 and up, that number spikes to 67 percent of men avoiding larger gatherings.

Afraid so. It's from Australia, where they're apparently determined to get back to their roots as a continent-sized penal colony.

If debt is no longer issue, then what's the problem with Dems/Trump team supported progressive socialism and big gummit spending to help the families and the people of America. Let fed gov grow as fat as it wants to be to help itself and everyone else. Let $6 Trillion + 'wars against invisible enemies' and taxpayers funded bailouts continue. Heck help families in rest of rest of the world too wherever taxpayers are funding spreading our values of freedom, racial equality, social justice, LGBTQ rights, womens rights etc. If money is no object, maybe all the reparations should be tackled too, BLM reparations, Iraqi freedom war reparations.. It can be really liberating having unlimited supply of money printers.

My family's business gets people complaining that they have to wear a mask, then we get people complaining people aren't wearing masks ENOUGH (putting them on after they get into the store). Health department has already called us because someone complained. Don't be a rude $#@! if you are asked to put a mask on at a small business - you aren't worth their jobs. Just leave. The government is pitting people against each other. My state has already shut businesses down for not following "the law."

On one hand, screw the masks. On the other hand, people need to wear them in my store or the goons will come and shut us down. Michigan. Its a total joke. You have to wear a mask when you enter a restaurant, but you can take them off when you sit down. But you also have to wear a mask when you are grocery shopping. The wave is gone, its time to go back to normal (should have never left normal).
    No more IRS.
I am now old enough to vote.

I have ignored every mandate since the start with little repercussion, except once so far - Went to the pizza joint with my kids. Diaper signs everywhere outside. Diaper sign inside says they will give us one if we don't have one. Lady tells us we need. I smile an say we don't wear them and we walk out. No drama.

I understand your sentiment, but businesses are complying themselves right out of business. A rock and a hard place, indeed.

That's funny, just because some poll says it doesn't make it rue....lol...I recently attended Sturgis where almost half million people were there with no masks. Hardly anyone I know here in my town wears them unless they are required to at some of the stores but not everyone complies. Our bars and restaurants are all open and maybe half in the restaurants and none in the bars. Our Chinese super store here requires them but I do not wear one and nobody has ever said anything to me...lol...I cough when I see someone giving me a dirty look and they scurry away real quick...lol

    5%er here.

I don't wear a $#@!ing mask. Ever. Anywhere. Should've been dead months ago but here I am, almost 50 ( only a few more shopping weeks until my birthday ) and in excellent health despite my excessive alcohol abuse and recreational smoking.

I've only had a few complaints at the bar but neither of the hoes felt so unsafe they left - they just complained about feeling unsafe.

Seriously, I have customers calling asking if we wear masks (cuz we're hawt ) and I say no and they ask if there are any seats. We are busy AF but, unfortunately, we are short staffed and can only handle so many. i cannot wait for this $#@! to $#@!ing end so I can get back to being a GM and not a $#@!ing line cook. And I swear to the Gods, if one more person says I should have more staff on, they will get the entirety of my mental breakdown - gee, why didn't I $#@!ing think of that, Karen?

Connecticut Governor’s Mask Mandate Allows Non-Police to Issue Fines

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...o-issue-fines/

Dr. Susan Berry 16 Sep 2020

Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont (D) released his 70th executive order related to the coronavirus Tuesday by announcing fines of $100, which can now be issued by non-police officials, to violators of his mask mandate.

The governor’s executive order authorizes the state “Commissioner of Public Health, local health directors, district health directors, and their designees; municipal chief executive officers and their designees; and state and municipal police officers, peace officers …special police forces … and public safety departments of institutions of higher education to issue fines.”

A fine of $100 can be issued by any of the officials mentioned to any person who is not wearing a mask in a public place, save for those with medical exemptions.

Fines can be issued to those who, while outdoors, are not wearing a mask and not maintaining a distance of six feet from every other person.

Businesses can be fined as well for any employee’s failure to wear the mandated mask.

Those who sponsor or host an outdoor event that violates the Department of Economic and Community Development’s gathering size restrictions for those events can receive a fine of $500, while any person who attends such an event can be fined $250.

Currently, executive orders state private indoor gatherings are capped at a 25-person limit, while private outdoor gatherings are restricted to 100 people. An organized outdoor event cannot have more than 500 people.

The order took effect immediately and will remain in effect until November 9.

Earlier in September, a Democrat-controlled special committee of the Connecticut legislature voted to extend Lamont’s emergency powers until February 9, 2021.

On Wednesday, a man who appeared to be protesting the governor’s mask mandate interrupted Lamont’s press conference during a groundbreaking ceremony for a transit project.

According to WTNH News, the man shouted to the governor using a bullhorn that there is no scientific evidence to support a mask mandate.

The protester said the governor never returned his phone calls. Lamont said he would speak with him after the press conference.

Out here they all wear masks. Probably 99 out of 100.

Surprising being that it is largely a conservative and freedom oriented community.

I would assume most see it just as a minor inconvenience and comply.

When I was checking out of the grocery store yesterday, this guy in front of me was talking about how covid and mandated mask wearing was an election hoax. Dude was speaking so loud everybody in the entire grocery store could hear him. I'm surprised nobody was recording him cause it could have easily been a viral video.

I've been successful in my masklessness, so far, and haven't been bothered. Also, I was pleased that when first I had to visit Target since these diapers were mandated, I had a pleasant experience. Two employees bid me "good morning", and a manager wished my a nice day as I left. I could almost make out that he was grinning at me when I left, possibly because he thinks it's BS, too.

I still so very little resistance, however. Phoenix, and Maricopa County both have mask mandates, so you can't easily escape that, though I hear Wickenburg largely doesn't comply.

Remember: If they can see your smile, you are the Resistance!

Here in rural Arizona, the last time I went grocery shopping there were a whopping 3 people (myself included) not wearing masks. Regretfully, I cannot claim to have never worn the damn thing. I recall wearing one in Walmart and UPS Store due to the delusion they really were required by the business when it first started, but stopped altogether once I realized I was playing along with the security theatre. Rural Arizona, or at least my county in particular, is quite red due to ranching/agriculture being so dominant. The average American really has bought into the farce, and it is very sad.

The only redeeming side to all of this is I have not dealt with anyone nagging me to wear one. The two times I suspected I was about to get nagged, it was by elderly mask wearers just trying to make pleasant conversation.
