“Sorry that you were too unevolved to grasp our sublime wisdom.” This seems to be the message from a Georgia clothing store doing damage control after levying a booking fee on whites, while offering a “waiver” to “people of color.”
The New York Post reported on the story Wednesday:
A vintage clothing store in Georgia is getting backlash online for a promotion blasted as “racist” that waived a $20 fee for non-white shoppers.
In a since-deleted Facebook post, Civvies on Broughton in Savannah said it would require a $20 refundable deposit to book an appointment at the boutique, while people of color would be exempt from the new policy.
“As a mostly white staff with white ownership, we do not feel comfortable upholding a digital and financial barrier which could prevent BIPOC from shopping at our store at this time on top of the limitations already made by online booking,” the store announced last week.
The shop, which sells new and “recycled” clothing, told potential white customers that they could decline to pay the deposit, but would be contacted by a booking manager to “discuss other options,” the post read.
“If you are white and refuse to put down a deposit because you believe our policy is unethical you will not be accepted for an appointment,” the store’s now-deleted post read.
Relating the criticism the policy inspired, WJCL told us Monday:
“Most of the feedback about our decision to waive this refundable deposit is racist because it favors Black people, indigenous people and people of color,” said store manager, Raine Blunk.
Some of the comments threaten lawsuits and boycotts but Blunk says the promotion does not discriminate against anyone.
“Obviously it is unfortunate to have thousands of people commenting and messaging us saying that they are going to sue us and have contacted the department of labor because this is a violation of their rights, we believe that what we are doing is within the confines of the law,” they said.
Blunk says the businesses main goal is to bring about equality to people of color.
The business, of course, can adopt any goal it wishes, but it is notable that its main goal isn’t to make money.
But having your own goals doesn’t mean you can have your own facts. By definition, Civvies’ policy discriminated against someone — a whole group, in fact.
Don’t tell the owners, though. They wrote on Facebook, “It was not our intention to act in any way that might be perceived as discriminatory and for that we apologize.” Many respondents noted this statement’s spirit, writing comments such as, “‘I’m sorry you interpreted what I did negatively’ is not an apology. You have only demonstrated that you have learned nothing from this.”
This was demonstrated further by manager Blunk, who, under the name Rainé Eliza (photo below), issued his own apology on Facebook. (Article continues at link below image.)

The new lessons were announced to parents by email. The district claimed its existing classes on equality and race are not sufficient to get its message across to students.
"Generally, each class also engages in a cultural proficiency lesson; however, we realize that this is not enough," Gladwyne principal Veronica Ellers wrote in an email obtained by the Free Beacon. "We plan to continue designing lessons that promote anti-racist actions in the upcoming 20-21 school year and beyond."

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Goodyear employee says the company has put out a new policy that has some calling it not equal for all.
A photo seen circulating on social media shows a slide that was presented during a diversity training showing what’s acceptable and what isn’t acceptable as part of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company’s zero-tolerance policy.
Under acceptable: Black Lives Matter (BLM), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride.
Listed as unacceptable: Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA Attire, Political Affiliated Slogans or Material.
According to the employee who took the photo of the slide, it was presented at the Topeka plant by an area manager and says the slide came from their corporate office out of Akron, Ohio.
"If someone wants to wear a BLM shirt in here, then cool. I'm not going to get offended about it. But at the same time, if someone's not going to be able to wear something that is politically based, even in the farthest stretch of the imagination, that's discriminatory," said the employee under the agreement of anonymity due to fears they could lose their job. "If we're talking about equality, then it needs to be equality. If not, it's discrimination."
13 NEWS has reached out to Goodyear about the slide.
They did not answer questions when asked if the slide was part of a training from their main office.

Man nabbed for Bronx rape allegedly said she ‘deserved it’ for ‘slavery’
“She was a white girl. She deserved it because us minorities have been through slavery,” Temar Bishop, 23, allegedly said to someone who witnessed the bloodied 20-year-old woman after the assaults, according to a criminal complaint.
“This is what they used to do to us. This is what they did to us during slavery. They used to beat us and whip us.”
Temar Bishop, 23, was arrested by authorities on Friday in Virginia on a slew of charges connected to the early morning June 1 assault, which officials have deemed a hate crime, according to authorities.
The 20-year-old met Bishop — who was on parole after serving just over a year behind bars for robbery — around 5 a.m. and joined him on the rooftop of the public housing building on Alexander Avenue near East 137th Street in Mott Haven, police said.
Bishop allegedly punched her repeatedly before raping her, then continued his assault — kicking and punching her in the head and body until she fell unconscious, cops said.

The Department of Energy is opening up an investigation into white male privilege workshops on the taxpayer’s dime, author and researcher Christopher Rufom has alleged on Twitter, citing a series of leaked documents.
The workshops were reportedly organized by Sandia National Laboratories (SNL), a national nuclear security research and development lab in the United States that provides scientific support to national security programs—including ensuring stable energy supply to the nation under the leadership of National Nuclear Security Administration and ultimately the DoE.
The workshops were for white men, and linked white men with white privilege with MAGA hats, the KKK, and white supremacists.
The workshop documents also discussed male privilege and heterosexual privilege.
After exposing the roots of white male culture, which include a can-do attitude and hard work—which is, according to the workshop trainers, detrimental to women, gays and lesbians, and people of color—the white male (and apparently heterosexual) attendees were asked to write an apology to white women and people of color for their privilege.
The Department of Energy, according to Sputnik, did not have any knowledge of the use of, nor did it authorize, taxpayer funds for the workshops at SNL or anywhere else.
The Department of Energy has asked the National Nuclear Security Administration and its inspector general to investigate the matter.
While Sandia is not an official branch of the government, it does receive most of its funding from government grants, implying that perhaps some of these grants, courtesy of the taxpayers, funded these seminars at least in part.
While the workshops took place last year, the investigation comes at a precarious time as racial tensions in the United States continue to drive a wedge between groups.

"Black families and business owners experiencing housing insecurity, emergency needs, or a loss in revenue due to COVID-19 pandemic are eligible for cash grants." TOCF is allocated by the Emergency Board of the Oregon Legislature "in response to the demonstrated health and economic disparities experienced by the Black community," the site stipulates.
The state fund is a $62 million "targeted investment," a sub-grant from the the United States Treasury’s disbursement of Coronavirus Relief Funds received by Oregon under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

Dogs are and always will be the living reminder of how tainted our history is as a whole. POC deserve to exclusively own dogs as a form of restitution for their stolen ancestor’s work. Supporting the idea of white dog ownership is spitting on the grave of past POC generations.

Mike Bloomberg, the billionaire former mayor of New York City and failed Democratic presidential candidate, has raised $16 million to pay the fines of black and Hispanic felons — only — so that they can be eligible to vote in Florida this fall.
The Washington Post reported Tuesday:
Former New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg and his team have raised more than $16 million to pay the court fines and fees of nearly 32,000 Black and Hispanic Florida voters with felony convictions, an effort aimed at boosting turnout for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
The money will go to fund a program organized by the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition to pay the fines, fees and restitution costs for former prisoners who are already registered to vote in Florida but barred by law from participating in the election because of those outstanding debts.
Bloomberg, who has committed at least $100 million to electing Biden in the state, raised the money from individuals and foundations over the last week, his advisers said. He saw the donations as a more cost-effective way of adding votes to the Democratic column than investing money to persuade voters who already have the right to vote, a Bloomberg memo said.

The Bloomberg effort, which will be pooled with about $5 million already raised by the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, is narrowly focused only on Black and Hispanic voters who are already registered to vote and whose debts are less than $1,500.
Florida voters passed a constitutional amendment restoring the right to vote to convicted felons, though the legislature made that conditional on the payment of all outstanding fines to the state.
There are some 775,000 felons who still owe money.
Theoretically, a white felon who wished to see his or her voting rights restored could challenge Bloomberg’s effort on the grounds of racial discrimination.
Florida civil rights law bans discrimination on the basis of race.
Bloomberg spent $1 billion earlier this year on his short-lived presidential campaign, which ended after Super Tuesday. He faced criticism for his policy of “stop-and-frisk,” which was called racist, even though it was credited for reducing crime. After defending the policy for years, he apologized for it during the presidential primary.
He is currently being sued by former campaign staff for allegedly reneging on a promise to keep paying them through the November election.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has long made a map showing all the organizations it has labeled “hate groups.” For years, that map has included black separatist groups, such as the Nation of Islam. However, this month the SPLC announced that it will drop the “black separatist” listing.
Here are some of its reasons:
“A change in the way the map is structured will better capture the power dynamics endemic to white supremacy. Black separatist groups land on the SPLC’s hate map because they propagate antisemitic, anti-LGBTQ and male supremacist views, not because they oppose a white supremacist power structure.”
“The Black Separatist listing created a color line bias, separating hate and extremism by race and granting the appearance of a false equivalency of equal hate on both sides. But the hate is not equal. Black separatism was born out of valid anger against very real historical and systemic oppression.”
“Wanting separation from a society that has historically and systemically oppressed Black communities isn’t extremism. Black dissent isn’t black violence, and equivocating the two enables this over-policing of Black activism.”
“While these groups can be virulently anti-white, this prejudice does not represent the same threat as white supremacy in America. By making this distinction, IP [Intelligence Project] is hoping to help dispel any misinterpretations of our understanding of how racism functions in American society. In our endeavor for racial justice and equity, it is imperative that we adopt an understanding of racism grounded in nuance and the realities of racial power dynamics. Racism in America is historical, systemic and structural.”
“Black separatist groups earn their place among our hate listings not for their calls for separation, but rather for how entrenched these groups are in antisemitic, anti-LGBTQ, misogynistic and xenophobic rhetoric.”
“Going forward, groups formerly designated as Black Separatist will be characterized by antisemitism, anti-LGBTQ, male supremacy and whatever additional ideological categories most accurately describe their offending beliefs.”
Blacks can be “virulently anti-white” but they can’t be in a “hate group” unless they are also anti-Jew or anti-LGBTQ, etc. This means blacks can hate all white people and want them dead — maybe even kill a few — but if they are silent on the subject of Jews, homosexuals, and women, they are not a hate group. Hating white people isn’t hate because it’s “born out of valid anger against very real historical and systemic oppression.” Thank you, SPLC, for finally coming clean.
For now, the map still shows black separatist groups.

The page has been saved on the WayBack Machine many times; here is the most recent “snapshot.” If you want to make sure the page is available forever, paste its URL into the homepage of archive.is.
Now, if a member of the Northern Kingdom Prophets or the Nation of Kings and Priests attacks a homosexual or a Jew, “journalists” will tell you he was a member of an SPLC-designated homophobic or anti-Semitic hate group. You would never know he was black, and would assume he was a Neo-Nazi or Kluxxer. The SPLC is manipulating the media along with everyone else.
Meanwhile, the SPLC will keep rolling in dough.
