It seems like you were given the right to refuse, but it seems that there is no way out and you are driven into the framework. Maybe it's for the best, I'm basically a supporter of the vaccine!!

Rutgers Says Students Must Be Vaccinated Before They Can Come to the Campus in Fall

COVID authoritarianism has hit the university level.

Rutgers University, in New Jersey, announced Thursday that all students would need to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus before they would be allowed to return to campus in the fall.

“Adding COVID-19 vaccination to our student immunization requirements will help provide a safer and more robust college experience for our students,” said Jonathan Holloway, the president of Rutgers University, in a statement.

Beginning in the fall, students will have to show “proof of vaccination” before moving into their dorm or attending in-person classes.

Despite being nearly four times as likely to be hospitalized for a severe case of COVID-19, Black Americans’ vaccination rates are significantly lower than that of White Americans, according to a Kaiser Health News analysis.


Several state reports show a stark racial disparity in vaccine distribution. In Indiana, 86.2% of the vaccinated population were White, but only 4.0% were Black. Tennessee’s vaccination rates also exhibit this contrast with more White people—69.56%—vaccinated than Black people—6.64%. Florida’s data shows that 64% of the residents who have been vaccinated were White, but only 5.1% were Black. Texas’ report, though largely incomplete, shows this disparity as well.

Believe it or not, I think this argument is going to be our best bet to quash the Passports.

It's just an educated guess/hunch but I think there's nowhere near as many people signing up for the shot as the media and politicians are trying to make it sound like are receiving it. Videos like that one and others (Biden's prime-time plea last week, eg) sound a little too desperate to coax people to take them, if the claimed numbers already signing up were actually true. Sure, a lot of people in the "at-risk" age group of 60+ are taking it but my hunch is that, outside of that age group, overall acceptance is a lot lower than they're portraying. Another sign is the continually accelerating time tables for each age group. They keep moving the dates up for age range XX through XX eligibility.

I noticed the local Walgreens had a sign saying "Schedule your Covid-19 shot here, by appt"


Note to shot givers: If you want higher acceptance, don't make people schedule it by appointment. Make it available for anyone to walk in and get, like flu shots usually are. People have a hard enough time finding time in the day for the rest of what they feel they need to do. Making them take the initiative to schedule an appointment and then follow through with it is guaranteed to cut acceptance drastically compared to walk-ins.
