Funny, he says this on page 27:

The messaging that dominates our COVID-19 discussions right now makes it seem
that if we are wearing cloth masks you’re not going to infect me and I’m not going to infect you.
I worry that many people highly vulnerable to life-threatening COVID-19 will hear this message
and make decisions that they otherwise wouldn’t have made about distancing because of an
unproven sense of cloth mask security.

Then he says this on page 28:

And yes, I use a cloth mask in public
places, even if I'm not convinced it's going to make any real difference in protecting me. I do it
because I don't want to make other people feel uncomfortable if they see me without one. This is
the new unfortunate culture of mask shaming. Please, this shouldn't be about politics, this should
be about public health and science.

Not trying to debunk whole article, but he's basically saying:

"The government shouldn't lull people into a false sense of security, but I allow myself to be shamed into wearing one because I'm worried about offending people's false sense of security."

The false sense of security are the liars in the CDC, FDA and NIH. Because of these agencies people put their full blind faith in them. The need to go away!

Healthy people should not wear masks. By wearing masks too long, it lowers the oxygen in your blood and lowers T-cells.

Yes, I did notice that! He's basically admitting that he's encouraging people to get dangerously close to him by wearing a mask! If he's worried about people feeling uncomfortable, he should wear a t-shirt with a statement about masks printed on it lol.
