Defunding Sites That Allow Comments - is RPF Next ?

I wasn't sure where to put this but it's the political climate/commentary in America that is causing it, so here it is.

Recently it has come to my attention that due to the political volatility of our times advertisers are deplatforming anyone that allows comments on their site. Since RPF is in that mix I am wondering if that could effect the long term viability of the site.

Already a forum site that has operated for over 20 years is saying it may fold as it's ad revenue is being strangled by this new policy.

This new paradigm will repress free speech like never before.

All they have to do if this becomes an issue for RPF, which most likely it will not, is stop using Google Adsense and find other advertisers.

Have fun with that when all the alternatives jump on the bandwagon or get taken out themselves.

We react too much here in General Politics. We don't come up with any ideas. Like, for example, how to get word out about Massie and the PRIME act. Just for example. I'm guilty of this. But we need to organize, as once was.

    Massie for President.

Doubtful that it's going to happen on RPF.

Sure does, this is a source of income for them to help pay for the cost of running this site.
