    The mayor of Orange County, Florida, Jerry Demings, has decreed that beginning on Saturday, June 20, “every person working, living, visiting or doing business in Orange County” is required to wear a mask while out in public until further notice.

    I have read the mayor’s executive order. It lists no penalties for violating the order. Exempt are “persons for whom a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing health condition.” I suddenly feel an existing health condition coming on.

    In neighboring Osceola County, “the county’s new order to require masks is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable by a $500 fine and up to 60 days in jail.”

    I haven't heard one case of cops stopping people for not wearing masks. They don't give a $#@!.

    I ponder this very question whenever I see someone at my gym wearing masks. Somebody needs to go up to them and tell them they're gonna pass out and potentially die.
