Wuhan Lab Had 3 Live Bat Coronaviruses, None Matched COVID-19: Report

Wuhan Lab trying to hide up? while blaming the virus as a American creation? the director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology cliams that Trump's and other leaders claims that it came from Wuhan lab as a leak is pure fabrication. While admitting that the virus has basically 80 percent similar to that of SARS.
The thing is MSM claims that the virus came from the Wuhan wet markets yet there is no actual evidence and lets ignore that the Wuhan lab was close to the city.

The lab claims they never had it? the question now is should they be believed it?

But as usual for apparent reason the lab and China's gov claims that the virus is an American creation.

Wuhan Lab Had 3 Live Bat Coronaviruses, None Matched COVID-19: Report

The director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology said that claims made by US President Donald Trump and others that the virus could have leaked from the facility were "pure fabrication".
We know that the whole genome of SARS-CoV-2 is only 80 percent similar to that of SARS. It's an obvious difference," she said.

"So, in Professor Shi's past research, they didn't pay attention to such viruses which are less similar to the SARS virus."

"In fact, like everyone else, we didn't even know the virus existed," she said. "How could it have leaked from our lab when we never had it?"

Of course the Chinese are going to deny the coronavirus came from them. They don't want to take responsibility for their actions.

Its good to know that SARS-CoV-2 is only 80 percent similar to that of SARS. A whole genome with a 80% similarity means it actually similar to Sars and might at some point burn out by itself. Either way whats the point of such labs like the in China and elsewhere? wasn't such research banned? or declared not allowed? pretty sure in Europe they already banned such research on bats and Wild Animals.

Look at the natural mutations that have formed since it's been spreading in humans and other animals around the world. That's a natural thing to happen. It's quite logical that bat-borne-coronavirusses are quite similar. First of all, they're all coronaviruses, which already have similarity. Then they are all based in bats (at least initially) which means they must have a gene somewhere that will allow them to infect bats. All you need for it to spread in humans is natural variation to the point where it also has a route into human cells.

Anyways, research into viruses isn't banned.

The Biological Weapons Convention (to which pretty much all countries except a few African and tiny states are a signatory party to:

"Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never in any circumstances to develop, produce, stockpile or otherwise acquire or retain:

    (1) Microbial or other biological agents, or toxins whatever their origin or method of production, of types and in quantities that have no justification for prophylactic, protective or other peaceful purposes;
    (2) Weapons, equipment or means of delivery designed to use such agents or toxins for hostile purposes or in armed conflict."
As you can see, any kind of research with the aim to understand how these viruses work in order to advance health-care in any kind, would be enough to not fall under the BWC. Especially in research quantities.

Someone said once the reason SARS hasnt spread as this one is simply back then people were flying less and traveling less. That might be true.

Might be part of it. China was much more closed up back then and internal travel for citizens is still less frequent then in Western countries.

What is much more likely to be the cause of the spread is the mild symptoms that many people have. That are not much more than maybe a runny nose or a throat ache. Not uncommon after flying a bunch anyways. The kind of thing people just deal with and go on with their lives. I believe the death rate of SARS was around 10% (not sure, please correct but doesn't change the argument) and this is around 0.1% or so (also, please correct). Think about Ebola, sufferers of that virus are also highly contagious but they get extremely sick and are 'easily isolated'. Especially when compared to this virus.

Just imagine the original SARS had an incubation period of 4-6 days mostly. SARS-2 is 5-6 days or so but with lots of reports of longer periods. That also helps the spread. When it's first discovered, so many more people could have been in contact... Especially because it takes a few days, weeks, months to realise that you're dealing with a new virus that's spreading rapidly...

Hopefully that happens again with China allowing internal travel for citizens only at least for now. Because judging from the documents if SARS had spread the same as Covid they would have gone with the lockdowns as well.
