We know for a fact the first caller was McMichael? I haven't heard that.

Is the person who stands by the trees and watches in this video McMichael? it has been reported he is an unknown neighbor who made the first 911 call. (edited I now know he did)

I finally found a link that says McMichael made both those calls.

Why was it so hard to get that info?

Because you're expected to take what "TehNewz" spits out at face value and like it.

They had some good things to say about you.

And now I can't find the link that specifically says it was McMichael in that call. Anyone who has a link saying that please provide it. thx

Reasonable suspicion of what? No felony was ever committed. Wouldn't the fact that this man had repeatedly not committed a felony lend reasonable suspicion that he would continue to not commit a felony?

    Did McMichael know that?

During the Feb. 11 call to 911, Travis McMichael told the dispatcher he’d seen a man at the construction site and was backing up his truck to check on things.

“I’ve never seen this guy before in the neighborhood,” he said. He was breathing heavily during the call; the dispatcher asked if was okay.

There was no ongoing issue with burglaries. No burglary had ever been committed.

The reports show neighbors and the property owner called 911 previously about someone inside a home under construction several times, but the homeowner alluded to seeing different people inside the home at different times, undercutting the McMichaels’ claim that Arbery matched a description of a burglary suspect.

Of the reports, none are listed as burglaries. The only reported theft happened on Jan. 1 and involved a gun getting stolen from Travis McMichael’s unlocked truck.

The first 911 call came on Oct. 25 and is classified as a trespass. The homeowner, Larry English, called 911 because someone was inside the home, and it activated cameras. The call lasted about 13 minutes and ended when the unidentified man walked off the property without taking anything.

The next call came nearly a month later on Nov. 18. English called again about someone inside and reportedly told dispatch, “he had the same issue with different people last night” indicating it isn’t the same person always inside. This call lasted about 20 minutes and ended with the officer changing it from a trespassing to extra watch, indicating officers would check the property.

The third call is on Jan. 1. Travis McMichael said someone stole a pistol from his unlocked truck; no suspect description is provided in the rather short CAD log and incident report.

The fourth call happened over a month later on Feb. 11 around 7:30 p.m. and shows that Travis McMichael got in his truck to see whoever it was inside the home. McMichael told police he watched the man run across several properties and back into the home under construction. Responding officers searched but found no one. In this report, homeowner Larry English is quoted as saying, “it appears the unknown male is only trespassing and plundering around as he has yet to see where anything has been taken.”

Stop bullshitting, it's called reasonable suspicion. There was a no trespassing sign, he had seen the guy in the house before, he was on camera in there several times so clearly this more than fits the definition of reasonable suspicion. You could put it in the dictionary next to reasonable suspicion. If that isn't reasonable suspicion then there is no such thing as reasonable suspicion.

The good news is your bull$#@! opinion doesn't $#@!ing matter and nobody here cares what you say.

It is a felony to go onto a property with the intent to steal - there was a no trespassing sign, he had been there multiple times and things had been stolen from there before.

This is bull$#@! fake news. There were multiple robberies reported in November, December and January. This happened late February.

In early February, when McMichaels made the call that he saw him enter the property, the police were called and the property owner was contacted. He thanked them and asked them to let them know if they found him, but HE DID NOT FILE AN OFFICIAL REPORT at that time.

That is not true on multiple fronts..

The reason the cameras were put up to begin with was because $#@! was getting stolen. He came back multiple times after to case the place. There was a no trespassing sign, so he can't say he was just checking it out. You have no argument.

Also, he dropped a $#@!ing power tool as Danke just said, it's in the video, so he had stolen something from the site on the day of the killing.

Just because things don't get reported stolen doesn't mean they weren't stolen, look at the power tool that got stolen on the day of.. did that get reported? Apparently not.

Here is the call from two weeks prior, at least most of it, buried in this short local news piece:

I haven't been able to find the website that said it was McMichael on the first 911 call.

However - The Feb 11th call, McMichael said he saw him running from the house. If McMichael was near the same spot on Feb 23rd logic would tell us he saw him running from the house that day too.

    Ugh.. no..

On 2/11 McMichael saw him running INTO the house. He was driving home in his truck. Arbery saw him spot him from his truck and he reached in his pocket and ran into the house.

On the day of the killing, he saw him in the house from his property two doors down, called the cops, and said he saw him in the house, then he ran out of the house.

The upper part in bold is important because it gave him reason to suspect he may be armed.

Since you're apparently incapable of reading anything for yourself, here, I made it the pretty colors for you:

    So, clown, please do:
Everything you just said is completely irrelevant. Entering the property to case it and see if there is something to steal IS STILL A FELONY BURGLARY. It doesn't matter if you take something or not. So if the report was filed, that just means it was filed wrong, but it is still a police report documenting a burglary in the neighborhood which you claimed doesn't exist. There is plenty of documentation of all this stuff going on separate from official police reports or what terminology might be on that report. You don't get to win based on irrelevant technicalities.

English got the camera because stuff was getting stolen. Arbery was caught on there at least three times and probably more, and he also dropped a tool on the day he was murdered. So he was stealing $#@! from there. Maybe one time he stole something and English didn't find out it was stolen because he was old, in poor health, lived two hours away and didn't take good inventory, it doesn't matter though because he was obviously going there to steal $#@!, he had, and he did that day.

You have no argument in your favor. Period.

    And the plot thickens...

    —————

Text suggests Gregory McMichael was deputized before Ahmaud Arbery shooting

The photo shows a text message from an Officer Rash with the Glynn County Police Department telling Larry English to contact Gregory McMichael, his neighbor on Satilla Drive, if English saw any action on his surveillance camera.
    ...
“I didn’t get to review the officer’s texts for some time because I was reviewing Diego’s and the newly located videos. And it’s sandwiched between two strings of videos that I was focused on. But when I saw it, I immediately understood that an organization had been developing in that neighborhood at least since December,” Graddy said. “It appears that Gregory McMichael had been informally ‘deputized’ by the Glynn County Police Department.”

Text shows police told homeowner he could contact Ahmaud Arbery shooting suspect about trespassers

    GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. —
A text message obtained by CNN shows a Glynn County police officer told the owner of a home under construction near the Georgia coast that he could contact Gregory McMichael for help with potential trespassers seen in surveillance video from his property.
    ...
Elizabeth Graddy, an attorney for the homeowner, Larry English, said the text exchange occurred on Dec. 20, 2019. In it, English sends a video clip from his surveillance camera to the police officer. The officer responded, telling English that one of English's neighbors is Gregory McMichael, a retired police officer and retired investigator in the local district attorney's office.

McMichael "said please call him day or night when you get action on your camera," the officer wrote in his text message to English.

The Lynching of a Black Jogger

The Lynching of a Black Jogger

    Ahmaud Arbery

Armed Black Panthers are now prowling the neighborhood where Ahmaud Arbery was fatally gunned down on February 23rd, and an American public that is already stir-crazy from months of being locked down finds itself on the cusp of yet “another massive national convulsion over race.”

Based merely on the fact that the gunman was white and the victim black—and that the gunman’s father described the eventual victim as black on a 911 call to report a trespassing suspect fleeing a construction site—millions of people are CERTAIN that two fat hillbillies with bad teeth hunted down and murdered a man ONLY because he was black. We are bombarded with tales of a “modern-day lynching” that is “yet another reminder of the vile and wicked racism that persists in parts of our country.”

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez looked into her Magical Spanish Crystal Ball and not only reached an unequivocal verdict of murder, she is also crystal-clear about the motive—”Ahmaud Arbery was murdered for being Black.” Joe Biden paused from drooling excess Gerber’s baby food onto his bib to declare without equivocation that “Ahmaud Arbery was killed in cold blood.” It has been repeatedly stated that Arbery was murdered for “jogging while black” or “Exercising While Black.” Ramping up the hyperbole to premenstrual levels, NBA superstar LeBron James fulminated thusly: “We’re literally hunted EVERYDAY/EVERYTIME [sic] we step foot outside the comfort of our homes! Can’t even go for a damn jog man!”

I suspect that it is far safer for LeBron James to jog anywhere in the United States—especially a majority-white neighborhood—compared to anywhere in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Indeed, surveillance footage shows Ahmaud Arbery in mid-stride as he vigorously jogs down the block. It also shows him working up a sweat by walking around outside a construction site. It also shows him “jogging” through that half-constructed house for over three minutes. And, in the video that shocked a world that apparently doesn’t pay close attention to what’s actually on the tape, it finally shows him running—around the side of Travis and Greg McMichael’s pickup truck, then making a sharp turn and sprinting straight back toward Travis McMichael, whom he attacks and begins wrestling for the gun.
“It’s not nearly as dangerous to jog while black as it is to attempt grabbing a loaded gun out of someone’s hands.”

According to the official police report:

[Greg] McMichael stated the unidentified male began to violently attack Travis and the two men then started fighting over the shotgun at which point Travis fired a shot and then a second later there was a second shot.

According to a letter from the Waycross, GA District Attorney’s office:

The video made by William Bryan clearly shows the shooting in realtime. From said video it appears Ahmaud Arbery was running along the right side of the McMichael truck then abruptly turns 90 degrees to the left and attacks Travis McMichael who was standing at the front left corner of the truck. A brief skirmish ensues in which it appear [sic] Arbery strikes McMichael and appears to grab the shotgun and pull it from McMichael. The shot is through Arbery’s right hand palm which is consistent with him grabbing and pulling the shotgun at the barrel tip, the 2nd and 3rd wounds are consistent with the struggle for the shotgun as depicted in the video, the angle of the 2nd shot with the rear of the buttstock being pushed away and down from the fight are also consistent with the upward angle of blood plume shown in the video and that McMichael was attempting to push the gun away from Arbery while Arbery was pulling it toward himself.
The 3rd shot too appears to be in a struggle over the gun. The angle of the shots and the video show this was from the beginning or almost immediately became– a fight over the shotgun.

If you’ll notice, none of the mainstream outlets make a peep about “a fight over the shotgun.” And just as with Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown and so many others, we’re only seeing the innocent-looking photos rather than the scowling, malevolent ones.

This case is also similar to that of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown in a very significant way—just not the way they’re trying to frame it. In all three cases, these young black men were shot and killed AFTER they tried grabbing a gun out of someone’s hands. If so many of you weren’t hyper-emotional and semi-retarded, the lesson you would have learned from all this is that it’s not nearly as dangerous to jog while black as it is to attempt grabbing a loaded gun out of someone’s hands.

Pardon my whiteness, but if I saw someone holding a shotgun, my last instinct would be to feel so stupidly invincible that I’d think I could safely get away with yanking it out of his clutches.

Once again, we are bludgeoned with the demonstrable lie that it’s “open season on black men.” What we don’t hear is that, according to every available statistic, the people who are killing them are overwhelmingly other black men. Or that young black men—who comprise about 4% of the nation’s population—commit more than half of the nation’s murders. Or that these same angelic joggers and Skittles-buyers with unlimited potential and endlessly bright futures are statistically over-represented in every area of crime.

And we definitely don’t hear about all the white joggers getting killed by blacks.

    Ever wonder why that is?

In Arbery’s case, we are told that, despite all the statistics, it’s “racist” to think that black men are potential criminals. What we are not told—you have to do some digging to find it—is that in 2013 when he was 19 years old, Arbery was indicted for bringing a loaded Big Bear .380-caliber pistol to a high-school basketball game, then fleeing the scene. We are not told that in 2018 he was convicted of shoplifting for stealing a TV from a Walmart and also of violating probation for his gun charge. We’re not told that in his duties as a police officer, Greg McMichael—one of the two “toothless redneck inbred yahoo white trash pieces of $#@!” who gave chase to Arbery—had worked on Arbery’s shoplifting case and may not have been “profiling” him so much for being an alleged black jogger as for being a person who illegally carries guns and illegally flees crime scenes.

Many have said—make that “triumphally gloated”—that McMichael was lying about there having been a rash of burglaries in his neighborhood because one lone police officer told the press there had been no reported break-ins there so far this year. This is untrue—in January, Travis McMichael himself reported that a pistol had been stolen from his truck outside of his house. And late last year at a construction site in the neighborhood, someone reported that $2,500 in fishing equipment had been stolen. In the four months prior to Arbery’s killing, the Glynn County Police Department had reportedly received three other calls describing a trespasser on a construction site in the neighborhood.

Just buying Skittles. Hands up, don’t shoot! Just out for a jog. We’ve danced this tired mambo so many times before that you’d think people would have learned not to eagerly leap to judgment.

What’s astonishing is that no matter how many dozens of times these hyped-up Race Porn stories completely fall to pieces once the facts come in, the True Believers gullibly hop right on it again with unrestrained lynch-mob glee. How many Covington Kids and Jussie Smolletts and Mike Browns and Trayvon Martins and Duke Lacrosse Teams and Tawana Brawleys and Rodney Kings will it take for journalists and jurors to do what they are supposed to do—i.e., wait until all the facts come in? Apparently they feel not a whit of shame about being found wrong again and again and again—nearly every single time, in fact.

So yet again, in their blundering attempts to get us all past “racism,” they have picked at scabs and made American race relations far, far worse at a time when the entire populace’s nerves have already been stretched thin.

Unlike so many, I have zero emotional investment in the McMichaels’ guilt or innocence. I also have no idea what motivated them to call 911 and give chase to Arbery. Maybe it’s the reasons they claimed. Maybe they’re a pair of coon-hatin’ Klansmen straight out of Central Casting. I don’t pretend I can read the minds of people I’ve never met. I would hope that the facts come out at trial and that officials are capable of finding a jury that focuses on facts rather than emotion. I suspect it all will boil down to whether it’s legal to shoot someone if they grab for your gun—assuming the gun wasn’t accidentally triggered in the scuffle by either Ahmaud Arbery or Travis McMichael.

What is absolutely clear, though, is that this “just joggin’, bro” narrative is 100% bull$#@! and as completely dangerous as all the other monochromatic WHITE MAN EVIL narratives they’ve tried and failed to pass off as factual during the past couple generations.

Naturally, the blind ideologues out there will wrangle what I’ve written here into some sort of “defense” of the McMichaels. The fact that so many people seem to think that “Hey, they’re not telling the whole story here” automatically translates to “YOU ARE JUSTIFYING A COLD-BLOODED RACIST MURDER!” means that most Americans are ignorant of logic’s basic rules. It also means that there is an apparently huge swath of the population that WANTS—or even NEEDS—America to be far more “racist” than it actually is, who get a sick thrill at Race Porn whether it’s real or imaginary.

These are the types I wish would take a long jog off a short pier.
Another mark of a tyrant is that he likes foreigners better than citizens, and lives with them and invites them to his table; for the one are enemies, but the Others enter into no rivalry with him. - Aristotle's Politics Book 5 Part 11

    This was from 2017.

Does this Ahmaud Arbery strike you as an "avid jogger"?

He even starts getting up in the cops face, too.... keeps putting his hands in his pockets, real dumb.

If that man came running up to me, I'd shoot him.
