Read the executive order! Doug Ducey is on our side . He basically stole fire from the mayors . Everything is protected , including the 1st amendment , everything was gutted in the order by Doug so that he could prevent the mayors from issuing laws and enforcements. the executive order does NOT permit law enforcement to ask where abouts activities or exercise outside anywhere!
