McConnell playing conservative today. He is ripping Democrats for demanding all kinds of things not related to coronavirus or the economy.
Earlier reports had said that bipartisan Senate groups had all come to agreement, and Pelosi just walked in after it was all done and started it all over from scratch with new demands. McConnell is repeating that story right now.

Correct . Dems continue to obstruct relief intended for the citizens due to the govt laying them off .
