    Default and screw the creditors, print and screw the dollar holders, or tax and screw the taxpayers, the bill's going to be paid one way or another.

    They'll get two for one. They'll print to pay the debt. So bondholders will be paid with now-worthless dollars, leaving them just as screwed as anyone else with the monopoly money in their pocket.

    As for screwing taxpayers, that's a given.
