The Liberal Invasion of Red State America

The Liberal Invasion of Red State America

All across America, conservative towns are changing. Progressive, upper-middle class urbanites are deserting expensive liberal meccas like New York and San Francisco and flocking to traditionally "red" states like Colorado, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Texas. The result is a sudden, confusing purpling of small town America. School boards and local governments are being reorganized around the progressive agendas of pushy transplants. Neighborhoods are becoming unrecognizable. And the implications for future Congressional and presidential elections are staggering. Libertarian journalist and rising media star Kristin Tate traces the great progressive flight from blue cities to red towns, using demographic statistics and alarming on-the-ground anecdotes to present a stunning picture of a nation undergoing a significant transition.

How should you deal with it? Maybe freedom of movement should be restricted to protect communities? Build a wall around them and only let certain ones in?

Perhaps the freedom of movement shouldn't involve new arrivals imposing foreign laws on indigenous populations.

If it’ll work for the Mexicans, then it’ll work for the Karyns and Marcs.

These are not new arrivals imposing any foreign laws on indigenous populations. These are US citizens deciding to move to a different city. Is it OK if a person from a red state chooses to move to a blue state or vice versa?

Why are you bringing national borders into this discussion. We are talking about one population moving to a space that is already occupied by another population, and then imposing laws on the preexisting population that are not engendered by that population. OK is a silly colloquial term to use in that context, be more semantically specific.

So, lets phrase your question: is it appropriate for a person from a yellow state to impose a legal code on the population of a green state?

We should never have let in so many foreigners, it is the international migration that gave the native idiots enough support to destroy their homes so that they want to move and destroy ours.

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

Considering that flooding the US from foreign nations to create a Democrat Socialist majority, and moving leftists to red states to do the same, are both admitted Democrat strategies, do you really think that your diversionary talking points will somehow put everyone asleep to reality?

Fighting fire with fire would be tough though right? How many Republicans would you need to send to California and New York to change the local elections and laws?

And the liberals have destroyed their economies and laws enough that they couldn't start their own businesses.
Not to mention the liberal election fraud that only gets worse and worse.

How is the moving liberals to red states being accomplished? Are people paid to move? Are they forced to?

They are driven out by the governments they vote for and there are actually organized efforts to get them to go and conquer free states.

Rents are cheaper and wages are higher and taxes are lower. All of which changes when enough Californians move in.

So employers should be restricted on who they can hire? Is that libertarian?

Maybe people from California shouldn't be able to vote. That's a fair compromise. Work permits are fine I guess.

You lose your privilege to vote in any local, state or federal election for at least ten years.

I know people in rural areas who say the first thing some of the city liberals do is run for office when they move in. They are parasites, looking for a new, and often naive host. Local areas with small governments have a lot of potential for “growth” of government and petty fiefdoms.
