With Democrats eager to trim Trump's war wings, this should easily pass the house. I think Rand Paul and Mike Lee would vote for this in the Senate. Its a real litmus test to make congress vote on this. All AUMFs should be up or down voted on a yearly basis and separated from spending bills. Make congress declare wars again.
