Most of the laws on the books for firearms were written 50+ years ago and do not apply to modern weapons like repeating bows.

When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. From what I have seen he seems to be able to get arrows with two fins that work with it but he did refer in earlier videos to modifying those with more fins to have only two.
The easiest way to modify those arrows with more would be to buy four fin arrows and just remove two fins.
You also have to stick with 2d broad-heads if you want any blade on the head.
