End of Liberty or End of The Fed: Which Will Come First?

Central banking can only exist at the expense of Liberty. The longer that it exists, the more Liberty it destroys. Ultimately, one of the two must give.

Definitely the end of liberty will come first. To think the Federal Reserve will ever be eliminated is nothing more than a pipe dream.

If you don't dream it it can't come true.

WILL?! Liberty died long ago. People confuse pretty slavery with freedom - an all too common and dangerous error. It matters no whit how much latitude the master deigns to grant because anything given can be taken away.

I must note that ever more corruption is exposed daily and it SEEMS that people are becoming truly fed up with it.

Well, as things currently stand, I cannot fault you for the pessimistic outlook. However, allow me to remind everyone that things take the strangest turns at the most unexpected moments.

My recommendation - and I should take my own advice here - is not to despair, but retain a mind open to the wildest possibilities. But if we are to become free men, and that does indeed seem far-fetched at this time, the average man needs to improve his attitude, habits, and knowledge by several quanta. As things stand at this writing, we are definitely not up to that snuff.

There is only one correct way: freedom. All other solutions are non-solutions.
