Thread: GOP House candidate wants to stop immigration for 10 years

  1. #31
    Rule#1:

No foreign trespasser will be granted any form of citizenship. Any foreign trespasser will immediately be deported, unless said trespasser has committed a felony in which case the trespasser will be prosecuted and, upon serving sentence, at hard labor, then be deported.

    Rule #2:

No immigrant shall enter or be granted citizenship without first obtaining a U.S. sponsor. Either in the form of an individual or a charitable organization. Said sponsor will be responsible for the immigrants upkeep. This will include food, housing and education costs. Said sponsor will be responsible for any debt or liability incurred by their sponsorship.

There is some middle ground on immigration. But keeping immigrants out for ten years is the kind of idea a 27 year who runs a blog that makes zero money and wants attention would come up with. Letting immigrants buy the right of entry just like they buy a house or college education is probably the best solution. They regulates immigration automatically based on the need in the economy.

I don't even really understand the argument for keeping any immigrant with a STEM degree out. The reality is college educated immigrants are much smarter and more industrious.
    Brilliant observation.

I like part of the first sentence of #1, not including trespasser. Everything else is completely statist which Feeds the Fed.

    Just sayin’
“The right to life is the source of all rights—and the right to property is their only implementation. Without property rights, no other rights are possible. Since man has to sustain his life by his own effort, the man who has no right to the product of his effort has no means to sustain his life. The man who produces while others dispose of his product, is a slave.”

Until the beginning of the end in 1965.

Repeal Hart-Celler and reset the clock to the Immigration Act of 1924.

    Simple, legal, constitutional and effective.

    And will never happen.

But they weren't...kept out that is.

So, repeal Hart-Celler and reset the clock back to the rules under the Immigration Act of 1924.

I'm willing to compromise on that.

    LOL
The collectivist calling all Americans dumb and all immigrants brilliant is calling me a collectivist.

Just keep exposing your hatred for your countrymen.

You can't even see it when it is pointed out to you.

Yet you would call me a "collectivist" for pointing out the political and voting trends of the immigrants with actual data to back it up.
